This unit is perfectly located on the 1st floor. Located just one condo from the parking garage!! Also avoid all elevators when your ready for the pool or beach and just walk out the patio door. Also, we have a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with a key during your stay!!



Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your barbequing.



This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 1st floor patio with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with patio! We also have 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom with its own full bath. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, custon cabinetry and newly remodeled master bath. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

This unit was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. It was beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We also enjoyed time sitting in the living area watching football, which was very cozy. The beach view of the beach from this rental property is absolutely beautiful. The pool is easily accessible. The property manager was very helpful. This is a fantastic unit. We will be looking into renting this unit again when we return to Orange Beach.

Primary bath doesn’t have exhaust fan working, blown lights in primary bath and over kitchen sink. Location is awesome. Bedding needs replaced and the primary bed is harder than rocks! We went for location and other than people up above pouring water down and loud music, it served its purpose

Ground floor convenience.

We were very happy with the convenience of a ground floor location, easy walk to the beach, easy access to BBQ grills and pool. Perfect for my 90 year old husband and me.

Get Away Vacation and Volleyball Tournament

Recently booked this condo for my wife and two daughters. Loved the location and the ease it took to check in and out. Restaurants all within walking distance, and great spacious beaches. Highly recommend!

Two things I seen that needed attention was the mattress in the master bed. The are worn out and the floors had to be swept.

Orange Beach Condo

We had a decent time at this condo. The furniture is different than the picture, we figured it would be based on reviews. There are a lot of complaints about cleanliness so we were also prepared and brought cleaning supplies and a mop, I would just say that the standard here is not what I would expect in a professional cleaning company and we weren’t comfortable on the sticky floors until we cleaned them. We had to clear a clogged drain in the twin bedroom bath and also tighten up the shower spout to get it to work. Once those details were figured out the condo was a decent place to stay. Not having to use the elevator to go down to the beach was nice. The pool is large and nice on windy days. The beach is clean and large and the Flora Bama is nice to walk to if you want a drink or food. The beds are decent, although the master was stiff and a little lumpy but it didn’t keep us up at night. The water pressure, drinking water quality, and hot water were all great. The place is very noisy especially at night, I would suggest a white noise machine or fan. It is close to the Flora Bama restaurants but orange beach is a drive as well as Gulf Shores so be prepared to drive, traffic was never too bad even for spring break week. The grills are right outside your deck so be prepared for a constant stream of people that can’t seem to grill without blue tooth speakers. If that bothers you then I would think twice. We are very social but by day three it got a little tiresome.

Where do I begin? And not in a good way

We arrived on Saturday early but could not check in until 4:30 PM so we used a friends condo until we could check in. Upon entering the condo, I could already tell the condo was dark and not updated. A few more minutes spent in the condo I realized the couch was disgusting and not the furniture in the photos provided. The kitchen table was also different. There was a USED vape pen left on the TV entertainment center in the living room, trash on the balcony, the trim on the kitchen island was coming apart, the floors looked like they had not been swept, and the light in the kitchen was coming apart from the ceiling. We messaged the owner as we had no other way to contact than through a message on VRBO (no phone number provided). After the initial findings, we then noticed the bed linens had not been change and there was a spider in the shower. We called VRBO who also could not get in touch with the owners. About an hour later we received a message saying they would refund us the cleaning fee and have someone bring us fresh linens. My husband was able to find some random blankets ,spare linens (that did not fit the bed) to get us through the night. The next day the owner finally called my husband and just blamed not being able to find good cleaning companies and had someone come back. They still did not clean the condo but did change the sheets. Bed left bruises on me from the springs and we left a day early! This place needs new everything!!! Worst experience ive ever had.

Didn’t have to use the busy elevators and made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Unfortunately, you can tell the owner doesn’t visit much and if they do then that’s a shame. The cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job. There was stagnant water in the ice bucket that was in the cabinet. A dead fly in one of the bowls. Not great kitchen utensils and pots & pans. I had to was everything we used well because some things just looked like they were put away dirty.

This was a tidy unit and we had no complaints other than wish there were more towels in the unit, better bedding, and the dryer took a little long to dry. These are not major complaints just suggestions. All in all I give it a 8 out of 10 and we will stay again.
