As you step through the front door, cares and stress finally slip from your shoulders and peace and tranquility meet you. This is the perfect home to have vacation you've dreamed of! Nestled in the mature trees on a peaceful lagoon, this home takes advantage of it all. Enter into the Great Room. Light colored hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and a very easy floor plan make it a wonderful home for two families traveling together, families reuniting, or golf groups looking for a wonderful home on a gorgeous island. A blue and white color palate and abundant sunlight from the wall of windows and skylights greet you. Sofas, love seats and chairs surround the fireplace and large hi-def TV. The dining table is huge and seats 8 very comfortably. Countertop seating for another 4 ensures everyone is involved in the dinner conversation. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to create wonderful meals. There is even a gas grill to barbeque those steaks!

One side of the home accommodates the Master Suite. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and a soaring tray ceiling. Two walk-in closets, a desk for your computer, and access to the sunroom that runs the entire length of the home make this a wonderful retreat. The master bath is beyond luxurious. Climb into the large claw foot soaking tub after a day at the beach. Take a long warm shower in the glass encased shower after hitting the links. A marble countertop with two sinks, custom cabinetry, tile flooring, and a wash closet complete this space.

The opposite side of the home is where you'll find two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV and en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom is where the kids will want to spend their time. Twin bunk beds and an oversized day bed with a trundle easily can sleep 4 of the little ones! The bright yellow hall bath with a tub/shower is conveniently located for their use.

The FROG (Family Room Over Garage) just off the kitchen serves as the 4th sleeping suite. A queen sized bed, a leather sofa, loveseat, and chair and a large hi-def TV make this the perfect headquarters for a family. There is a full bath with a shower and a large walk-in closet too.

A very large sunroom overlooking the lagoon runs the whole length of the house with second dining area (for 8), second sitting area with wicker sofas, rockers, and another comfortable seating area. This porch is designed to bring the outside in, while protecting you from the weather extremes. It is a fantastic place to retreat and just "be"!

Outside on the deck are Adirondack chairs and a rope hammock sways between two tall trees. There is also a cooler on wheels (ideal for the long boardwalks down to the beach), beach chairs, and body boards for surfing.

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 4 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

2770 Old Forest Drive is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. Large, but comfortable, it is an amazing home for your friends and family to spend their Seabrook vacation.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
