Welcome to Bayview 30! Super View of Wolf Bay from your private balcony

This 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo is a boat friendly, gorgeous spot on Wolf Bay. Boats are allowed, trailers too! Complex has boat/trailer parking lot (first come basis), wharf and boat launch too! Docking facility on site (also first come basis), so this is a boaters paradise! The boat launch and a few boat slips are available to first come. The ones on the first finger to the right. No lifts are there.

Warm inviting tones create a relaxing environment to enjoy after an adventure-filled day!

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, directly off Canal Road. Gated community access. Close to loads of restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the public beaches!

Free HiSpeed Wifi, with a 32 inch SMART Roku TV in the Living Room, and a 24 inch Smart Roku TV in Bedroom 2 for watching NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your personal account! Streaming only at this property, no cable TV.

Boats & trailers are allowed, and there is parking available on first come, first served basis. No guarantee of boat parking or mooring.

The condo was clean. The mattress was comfortable. However, there are only 6 actual boats slips that can be rented for all the rental units. Trailer parking is very limited as well. You don’t think that this would be an issue when you see the pictures.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so relaxing. It was very clean. Communication with the property was amazing. I would recommend this property to family and friends to stay, and I would definitely come and stay again. Parking was my only “issue”. It’s not mentioned in the listing that guests are only permitted 1 to 2 vehicles and that there isn’t any other additional parking. Our group had 3 cars and I found out that information in the pre check in email. I contacted the property and received amazing customer service and help finding a secure parking lot for our 3rd vehicle! Thanks again for a wonderful experience and relaxing stay in this beautiful property.

It was a beautiful place to stay with a beautiful view. Yes, we would stay here again and recommend it to others. A few minor but big things that kept it being 5 stars. The condo number was not properly marked, it was missing a number, caused some confusion. Also, I don’t remember it being listed as a 3rd floor unit, that was a little rough with our luggage. Chairs at entry of the unit were broken and did not seem safe to sit in or to take the risk of being responsible if they broke more. Lastly, there were two insects that my husband killed and disposed of in the condo. It did rain some, so it could have caused them to enter the unit. The unit itself was very clean and welcoming. We are very much pleased with this booking. Suggestions to bring your own towels and laundry detergent. We were provided a wash cloth and towel per person but being there for 6 days, you need more or you will be washing and waiting on towels.

The missing condo number has since been replaced, and new entry chairs have also been added. We’ll also continue to monitor and address any pest concerns as needed, especially after rainy weather. For future guests reading, Bayview 30 is located on the second floor, with covered parking underneath the building. We also provide a starter supply of towels and basic essentials, and our pre-arrival information includes a helpful “Things to Bring” list, including laundry detergent and any extra towels guests may prefer for longer stays. Thank you again for staying with us. We’re happy you were pleased with the booking overall and would love to welcome you back.

We enjoyed our stay at Bayview 30. The pool is closed in January - February, but that didn’t bother us at all. We brought our pontoon and were able to park in the one of the three spaces available in the first come/ first serve area. We also enjoyed being close to Gulf State Park and the paths to bike there from the condo. The condo did not have a table, just the high top countertop. My husband’s knees don’t allow high top seating. So that made it tough for us when we put together puzzles. The toilets did not always flush properly and we spent a lot of time plunging. The sliding door was difficult to push as the rollers should be replaced. However, The view off the deck totally made up for the sliding door, lack of kitchen table and plunging! The mattresses were extremely comfortable! The washer and dryer is deluxe! I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Spot on the Bay

Couldn’t have found a better place to stay! We bring our boat, so this was the perfect place to stay. Very convenient to everything (the boat ramp, the Wharf, restaurants, etc.) The condo was cute, clean, and wonderful neighbors. The only thing we have to complain about is the boat parking. We were told there would be parking for the boat & boat trailer. However, that it only true for owners. We had to park our boat across the road in a paid parking lot and take our boat to the boat ramp to put in and then take out every day. No biggie, but would have been really nice to just leave the boat in the water. Overall, I would recommend this place to others!

Loved the location, beautiful view, neighbor very friendly. Room was great. Only thing was water pressure was a little on the low side. Pool was great. Close to everything. We differently recommend and stay again.
