The waterpark is an independent entity and this is not part of the property's amenities. Although it shares the same location of the resort , we are not responsible for any changes in operation hours or opening days. PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel. 

**Once the reservation is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change dates and for changing names there will be a fee of €50.   

Rules for change of names: 

1. Name changes may be accepted up to 7 (seven) days before check-in. Note that on some special and promotional dates the name change is not accepted. 

2. Each name change has an additional rate of € 50.
