A lot of things didn’t work ice maker, tub stopper to take a bath. Main shower head was very messy, water everywhere and dripping faucets in both tubs. Great view! Near the town which was nice.

We were in town for a birthday party so e didn’t get to spend much time on property. The place was clean and the view is beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. I would love to come back when we can spend more time just enjoying the view!

The condo has a great view of Lake Como and it was very peaceful and quiet. Nice patio overlooking the lake. There are a few things that need fixing but nothing major. Not much water pressure in the master bath shower and the lighting in the bedrooms and living area is pretty dim especially for people whose eyes are not young anymore. Kitchen is pretty well appointed. Eating utensils were a little disappointing.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The view and overall experience were amazing.The only issue we faced was with spiders and small bugs inside and outside the house. There were some spider webs as well, so the property could benefit from a deeper cleaning and bug treatment. We are a bit particular about cleanliness, so this stood out to us.Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

As a lakefront property, some seasonal insect activity is unfortunately unavoidable, especially around the exterior of the home. The lake view was nice to sit out and have coffee. The property was clean however there was no toilet paper or paper towels. The tv in the living room has a large pixel streak running through the screen so watching a movie was hard. The shower in the master bath with jets malfunctioned and would not respond to the off button We tried desperately to reach the host for guidance and was unable VRBO had to help us figure out how to reset it. It was very stressful and diminished our quality of stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the lake view, cleanliness, and check-in process. I do want to clarify that the property was fully stocked with toilet paper and paper towels prior to arrival, including additional supplies available for guest use. The shower system is a specialized Kohler setup with clearly posted instructions provided specifically to prevent operational issues and flooding. Guests are asked not to alter the preset controls for that reason. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay with any concerns so we have the opportunity to assist immediately and ensure the best possible experience.

Clean and comfortable. Spacious. Kitchen was adequately equipped, but could use a few essentials. The fireplace did not work, or I couldn’t get it to work. The keypad was very touchy. Had to message owner. The owner was wonderful. Had a great stay. Would stay again!!

Hi Heidi- wish you would’ve let me know about the fireplace. Sometimes it’s just the pilot going out due to the door opening and wind coming inside. The lock was definitely tricky due to the cold weather. Glad you all had a great time. Hope to have you back!

We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and views. There were many instructions left with notes ALL over the condo and some things just felt like they weren’t really wanting visitors to be there. Master bed extremely hard. TV was missing some pixels and made it hard to watch. It served our purpose but would probably not stay here again.

Overnight stay to visit grandma

My mother in law has a crowded house on the holidays so we decided to get our own space to sleep. It was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of Lake Como. We will stay here again.

Location was fabulous!!! TV in the living room has a large dark line going thru the middle which was a bummer when trying to watch the game as a family. A few things here and there but overall a great place to stay.

The price of this unit compared to others for rent in the same complex is extremely overpriced. The unit is simply not being taken care, it only got worse the longer we were there.*The TV in the main living room is damaged, the screen is going out, and unable to be watched, not to mention its 20 years old. Owner has no intention of replacing.*The pocket door to bathroom is broken, the door does not open and close. The track that the door slides on is damaged, making privacy a bit of an issue.*faucet in bathroom drips consistently.*Only 1/2 of the newly remodeled walk in master shower works, again, with a note saying its out of order.*TV in master bath randomly turned on by itself, again a 20 year old TV with no remote.*Bedding on the master bed was outdated and worn.*Back slider in master is fogged over and you can not see through it due to a broken seal.*Trash cans in kitchen were hard to utilize, they are inside a cabinet with worn out, rust, and dirty hardware. *The sliding door to the back porch was extremely hard to open, had to spray with wd40 to get it to move.*No grilling utensils provided*Front door stuck and hard to open. *Tile floor damaged, dirty, and stained in multiple placed.*Worn, outdated, and damaged carpet in the bedroom, it is bunched up and dirty*The overall smell of the entire unit is mustyWe booked for the lake view which was nice but the place is run down and not being maintained. SIMPLY PUT, THIS PLACE NEEDS A WARM HUG AND A CHECKBOOK!

Long weekend

Quick visit for a family wedding. Was a nice place to go to get away from the crowds of Lake Geneva. Would definitely stay here again.
