Spacious, but cozy villa offers two bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen size beds. the third bedroom is on the second floor with two queen size beds.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and tile floors.
The big and screened lanai overlooks a private tropical wooded backyard.
we are just three blocks away from Dearborn Ave. With antique shops, restaurants, art galleries and farmers market.
This villa is only few minutes drive to many stores and strip malls, and
within walking distance to the library, theater, home made ice cream shop, many nice playgrounds and tennis courts.
We are located minutes away from the beautiful Manasota Key, Chadwick Park, Englewood Beach and six others beaches are close by.
We have boogie boards, cooler with wheels, scoop for shark teeth collecting, beach chairs and an umbrella all for your use.
This retreat is also conveniently located near the famous "Warm Mineral Springs". The Fountain of Youth in North Port. According to Health Magazine are "Americas best rejuvenating and healing springs". 87f year round and it is only 8 miles away.
There are 5 golf courses nearby. If you like golfing, fishing, going to the beach or just simply relaxing, this is a peaceful retreat that you will enjoy!

Enjoyed our stay

Very clean, well stocked, nice location to nearby restaurants and Manasota beach. Nice screened patio with only trees in background. Only problems- not able to control thermostat heat or AC- very modern app controlled and no instructions, but excellent response from host and finally got the knack. Also wasn’t able to watch any live TV- followed guest booklet instructions but never could connect- however, not very tech savvy. Overall would recommend- FYI although advertised there is no hot tub ( found this out before booking however)

Comfortable

This was our second year renting this property. The home is comfortable and great for 2 couples. We enjoyed our time in Englewood! Sandi was quick to answer any concerns we had. She is very considerate and caring.

2023 fun in the sun

What a great place! Sandi provides everything you can possibly need! The kitchen was fully stocked. We prepared most meals at the house. When dining out we enjoyed Stefano’s, Mango Cafe, Barbarino’s in Englewood and Sharky’s, Burgundy Square and Pincher’s in Venice. The Englewood Farmer’s Market was a regular Thursday event. We loved the French Pastry, the tomatoes and strawberries were a real treat in January and February and the key lime pie was a delight…every time! Lol The neighborhood was quite eclectic and full of surprises. On our walks with our dog we saw several creatures; an iguana, baby alligator, cranes and lots of doggies! The home was very comfortable, my husband especially enjoyed the recliner! From the water pressure to the comfortable beds, 3 televisions and the screened lanai, what more could you need. The beach toys were used and appreciated! By the way, 62 sharks teeth were found thanks to the handy contraption provided! All in all, a great rental for couples or families!

Florida vacation

There was no cable when we arrived, but after contacting the property owner, she set up a Utube account, which was greatly appreciated. Porch, living room and dining rooms are dark, even with lights on, but we weren’t inside very much. Would recommend this property.

Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The house had everything we needed and the location is perfect! Thursday’s walk to the Farmer’s Market was a fun time. Lemon Bay Park’s walking trails were also a hit. We were close to so many beaches but Manasota Beach was our favorite for finding shark’s teeth. Check-I was a breeze. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Sandi for letting us use your home. Even though we had done cool days it was still much warmer than where we live! Preparing for a ice storm, should have stayed a couple of more weeks!!

Very nice property. Owner was wonderful and checked on us after a week of our stay. We wish we could of enjoyed our stay longer, but had to head home 10 days early because of the corona virus.

Handy and fully equipped duplex

We had a wonderful month in Sandy Villa! We have rented several different homes for a month in the winter between Cape Coral and Englewood. This villa was perfect for us, and we will definitely rent it again. The kitchen is fully equipped, ALL the beds are comfortable, and the amenities worked. We loved the location, though not on the water it is close to wonderful beaches and fishing spots. We could walk to the grocery store, the pharmacy, and to several restaurants and parks. The immediate neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had no trouble sleeping after spending the days in the Florida sunshine.

Conveniently Located and Affordable

Englewood Villa

This was my 1st experience renting with VRBO & will not be my last! I am very particular about what I do for vacation especially the accommodations. The owner was a delight to work with. The villa was BEAUTIFUL & very well laid out and supplied with all of our daily needs. The master suite was my dream master suite, especially the sliding doors out to the lanai. The bed was quite comfortable and there was amazing storage room for clothing. The downstairs quest room and bath were perfect. While we didn’t use it, the upstairs guest room was wonderful with two beds and dressers and a huge closet for storage and its own TV. Having never done this before, I over packed my car with “daily” items. The villa was supplied with everything we brought along. Not wanting to take it all home again, we put all of the supplied items in the cupboards and used our own. There were more than enough dishes, pots & pans, flatware, cooking utensils, serving bowls, towels, sheets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, shelling contraption, boogie boards, washer & dryer, etc. Plenty of closet & storage room; the living area was very comfortable; and, the lanai became my favorite place to be. I was disappointed (my own fault) not to be on a beach or to have a beach view, but the view from the lanai was so peaceful, I loved it. Truly a home away from home. The location of the villa was a little concerning at first, kind of off the beaten path. Turns out it was a great location with many beaches within a 15 minute drive and very quiet. The grocery store was literally 2 minutes away and we even found an adorable little ice cream store about 2 minutes away with awesome homemade ice cream (we put a magnet on the refrigerator for others to see). Only negatives for me – I wish the backyard was a little more private and I wish I could have stayed longer! While 2019’s vacation is already in the works for Italy, I will be in touch to stay in this villa again. Thank you for having us and for making our 1st experience very enjoyable & relaxing.
