The original home on our property, dating back to the late 1800's. Recently updated, we hope guests will find our home has a contemporary feel, while maintaining its rustic and historic charm.

We are confident the peaceful setting and beautiful views of this private homestead will make for a memorable stay. Historic downtown Hendersonville, along with multiple wineries, breweries and apple orchards are all within a 10-15 minute drive.



Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.

• Washer and dryer located off Bedroom #1 and also has access from the front porch

We had an enjoyable stay at the farmhouse. Very clean cozy farmhouse overlooking woods and a pond. Quiet and secluded. The house is well equipped and pride of ownership is evident throughout. Ryan is a great host!

Wonderful cozy cottage! Everything we needed and some! They even thought of the pups with a cute station of treats, toys, bowls and towels! The property is beautiful, there's a great fire pit and a floating dock on the pond to lounge on! Ryan was very nice, a great host and kept in touch with detail! Will defiantly will stay again!

Perfectly Quaint

An amazing place! Very clean and so relaxing. The host and family was amazing before checking answering all of our questions, meeting us during check in and throughout the stay. A nice property for a walk or to see by the pond and not far from downtown Hendersonville. Definitely a place we would come back to stay at. Thank you Ryan!

The house was beautifully furnished, well stocked, and incredibly cozy. The hot tub and pond were perfect for keeping my three boys entertained after long days of hiking. They range in age from 9 to 16, and all of them are already asking to come back next year!Even our dog felt welcomed. The hosts provided poop bags, treats, and a food and water bowl set, which was such a thoughtful touch.I also really appreciated the crisp white linens and comforters, everything was spotless. All of the checkout information, house rules, and Wi-Fi details were cleverly displayed in cute picture frames, making everything easy to find. We had a wonderful stay!

Absolutely the best!

I can not give this property better ratings. The owners were lovely. The house was so clean and just so cute. It was a slice of heaven. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the beautiful dock and the little pond. The hot tub was wonderful. There are hiking trails in the back of the house to explore. The location is amazing - 10 minutes to town and approx. 40 minutes to Asheville. We were very busy seeing friends and family in the area but next time we will come and just stay put and enjoy the mountains and the property. It really was amazing. And the beds were super comfy! Thank you thank you thank you!
