Welcome to San Carlos 1707, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront condo in the heart of Gulf Shores. Located on the 17th floor, this spacious unit features a large balcony with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches.
The King master suite offers private balcony access, a large ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, separate shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom features a Queen bed and its own private bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids or a group with both a twin bunk and a twin-over-full bunk, plus a private ensuite bath.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a cozy sectional sleeper sofa in the living room. Smart TVs are available in every bedroom and the living room for easy access to your favorite streaming services.
San Carlos amenities include a large beachfront pool, charcoal grilling area, and fitness center. You’re just steps from the beach and within walking distance to popular local restaurants like Sea N Suds, Mikee’s, Island Grill, and The Hangout.
Parking passes are required and must be purchased on-site in the 3rd floor office upon arrival. Limit of two vehicles per unit.
