1. Mid-term rentals equal to 31 nights or longer do not incur state taxes of 6%. All Mid-term rentals will be subject to an additional lease agreement as well as a complimentary basic cleaning/inspection every 2 weeks. Final check-out cleaning fee still applies.
2. Stays longer than 4 weeks cannot be instant booked and require host approval.

It all depends on what people use and what people leave. Starter supply of coffee is provided.
