Inside, the fully stocked updated kitchen flows into a bright window lined living area, & the modern bath includes a walk-in shower. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms—one w/ a queen bed & the other with a full/twin bunk, plus 2 cots for extra sleeping space. Outside, relax by the firepit, kayak, grill out front or play board games. Minutes to Downtown Lake Orion Oxford & Clarkston!

Layout

Interior:
Our ranch-style home offers a convenient single-level layout. The eat-in kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and living areas, with subtle views of Lake Orion. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. One bedroom features a Queen bed for two, while the other has a Full/Twin bunk, accommodating up to three people. The second bedroom also has a closet with two cots, which can be set up in the entry hallway for extra sleeping space, perfect for kids. The bathroom is ideally situated near the front of the home for added privacy.

Exterior:
Our cottage includes a spacious driveway with room for 3-4 cars and a large back patio for outdoor living. Our home is situated just off the water with a 2–3-minute walk down to the access point where you can launch our kayaks.

Location

We absolutely love our location! Not only are we across from the lake, but we are only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lake Orion, 8-minute drive to the public boat launch on Lake Orion, 10 minutes to Downtown Oxford, 15 minutes to Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, 19 minutes to Downtown Clarkston, & only 20 minutes to Downtown Rochester!

Guest access

Guest's will have access to the entire interior and exterior of the home along with an area across the street to launch kayaks. Guests will not have access to the neighbor's private docks.

Other things to note

-Though we have views of Lake Orion from the back, this is not direct frontage. We are just off the water. The lake access point is a 2–3-minute walk down.
-The AC is a wall unit that is placed in the living room window during the warmer months. The wall unit cools the entire space very well, but we do have fans for additional convenience.
