HOLIDAY SPECIAL FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER!!
The home is fully furnished with each room having a queen sized bed. The living area includes large screen TV with Blue Ray DVD and access to 100 of cable channels. A separate den area for reading and relaxing is just off the kitchen and may be used as additional room, sleeping 2 additional guests w/ put away mattresses. The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and serving materials. Kitchen and bathrooms have recently been upgraded with granite countertops throughout. French doors have also been installed in the master bedroom leading out to the pool. Finally, the outdoor patio has been expanded to include new patio cover...the backyard is spectacular.

Perfect stay!

Backyard oasis

This home is very comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is outstanding! We enjoyed the beautiful, heated pool and hot tub. The putting green was a fun addition. Enjoying the sunshine outdoors in privacy was just what we were looking for, and this place was perfect. We rode bikes on trails in the neighborhood and beyond. It’s located close to stores but away from the busyness of the big city. Thank you Randy for sharing your home with us!

Great place!

We enjoyed the house in Gilbert. Loved the house, the pool area was super and the and the location was perfect. Would definitely look at renting another year. Owner, Randy was great to work with too. Thanks so much.

Tranquil and comfortable

Nice quiet neighborhood to relax but was still close to restaurants and golfing. Enjoyed daily walks in the area, with views of SanTan Mountain. The backyard, pool, and jacuzzi were such a bonus. Comfortable master suite with access to pool area. Randy was always available for any questions we had.

This home was perfect for my family of 6! The home is gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The pool was relaxing and an oasis! Randy responded quickly and was great to work with. I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in Gilbert!! I hope I can visit again.

Great location, beautiful home, awesome pool!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this house! The house was clean and well maintained, furnishings were lovely and owner, Randy, was very responsive. Everything in the home works properly and the pool was clean and ready for us to use upon our arrival. Gilbert and Seville are great areas and this house was perfectly located for us right between friends and family. The subdivision was pretty quiet yet close to stores & restaurants and an easy drive to just about everything you need. We'd love to make another trip back!

Even Better Than the Pictures

We stayed in this lovely home for two months. During our time we had friends and relatives visit and they were all so impressed with the accommodations, especially the backyard. As one of our guests said, it’s like being at a resort. We had so much to do…the gorgeous pool, the hot tub, a ping pong table, and even a putting green. The home is larger than it appears in the photos. A nice layout too with the primary bedroom separated from the other two guest rooms. The owner, Randy, was kind and accommodating, and responsive to any questions we had. When the garbage disposal needed to be fixed it, he had someone out there that day to repair it. We plan to rent again. Can’t wait! A couple of things that one may want to know….the master bed is a king size bed, really comfortable. One of the guest rooms now has bunk beds (two full and two twins) instead of the queen as pictured. The den is actually open to the rest of the house so no privacy, but the Murphy bed is super comfortable.

Great Arizona Getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed two months in this beautiful home. The home was very comfortable and clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for walking or biking. Lots of golf nearby too. The backyard is an oasis with a great pool and is beautifully landscaped - by far, our favorite place to relax. Stores and restaurants were easy to get to in Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek. Randy was very easy to reach and timely in getting back to me. Had a great experience. Pat S.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed here for 3 months. Appreciated the hospitality and the owner is always a phone call away, if needed. We spent several summer nights in the gorgeous pool and enjoying the outdoor spaces. Thank you!

Charming house in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. It’s so comfortable and the yard is amazing! My kids loved playing in the yard. The owners are very helpful if you ever need anything. Two thumbs up!

All you could want in a great area.

This home is comfortable and has a huge beautiful backyard. The pool was our favorite feature coming from the cold Saskatchewan winter. Randy was great to deal with and took care of any/all our needs as they came up. This location is excellent for getting around and has lots of restaurants and shopping close by. It is very close to the Phoenix/Mesa airport - under 10 minutes. Our damage deposit was refunded within 10 days after our last day which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great property in a great area.

We had a great time at the property. The pool and backyard was awesome. Was in a great location/neighborhood. The house itself was very well kept and nicely furnished. This home is in a great location, well maintained, nice layout. We had 8 adults and for the time that we were there, it worked out just fine. Spring break family fun

Wow!!! We had a fantastic stay!!! Took the grand kids for spring break. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful house. Paid extra for heated pool, was great, could not get kids out of the water. Ran into snag w/ pool, Randy was quick to help out. We had 4 adults, 3 kids , had plenty of space, would recommend bring own towels. Accommodations were EXCELLENT!!! Convenient, great area.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were down in AZ for a quick graduation trip. The property was perfect for my family of 6 (4 kids) and my dad who was along as well. Plenty of space, well furnished, beautiful kitchen, and a nice pool for the hot weather. We were only there for two days, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property even more! Thanks to Randy for sharing this home for others to enjoy!

Perfect Stay

Our rental far exceeded our expectations. The interior was very classy and well decorated and the beautiful pool was better than advertised. The house was clean, spacious (we had no problem have 7 people) and awesome. Everything looked brand new. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Our permanent residence is now Salt Lake City UT, and when we are not using our Gilbert home, we enjoy making it available to others. Randy is from So. California and Leslie is from Logan, UT

Our family is active enjoying tennis, golf, boating and all outdoor activities. We love baseball and of course MLB Spring training in Feb/ Mar has always been an attraction. Half of the major league teams play hundreds of games during these months, most within 30 min. drive.

The backyard is spectacular with thriving trees and palms surrounding the heated pool, providing privacy and quite. The grass lined yard is beautiful and well manicured. The home is comfortable with all the amenities needed to relax. Our guests have written 'rave' reviews about the property.
