Beautifully updated condo at Vista Hermosa located on the quieter Southern end of Siesta Key. Just a short walk to the beach and all the Southern district community has to offer including great restaurants, clubs, bike & boat rentals, ice cream shop, drug store, market, deli, shopping and more!

Relax in this comfortable 3rd floor condo just a short walk from Crescent Beach access #13. Nice and bright, well maintained corner unit with a screened in lanai. The condo features a new kitchen including counters, fixtures & appliances. New bathrooms with updated fixtures. New dining set, living room & bedroom furniture. New lanai furniture. New flooring throughout & freshly painted. This is a darling unit!

Sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the master & 2 fulls in the guest bedroom. Dining areas inside as well as outside on the lanai. Well stocked kitchen, and all of your linens are supplied. TV's are in the living room & both bedrooms, and free WiFi and cable are provided.
The carport for this unit is located only a few feet from the elevator and parking is free. Laundry facilities are on each floor.

Enjoy all of the on-site amenities Vista Hermosa has to offer including the heated pool, shuffleboard court, picnic tables for socializing, BBQ grills & a large clubhouse with a kitchen. Beach towels, beach chairs & coolers are all provided for your use. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley in front of the complex and explore the entire island including the Siesta Key Public Beach & Pavilion, Turtle Beach, and Siesta Key Village where you can wander around the shops and restaurants while listening to live music.

Beautiful home, one of the best places I stayed at in siesta Key, my only issue was the floors were filthy and garbage was left in the trash can.

Nice location but it does have vehicle noise.

Property was as described. The previous reviews described the property is by a busy road and it is. So at times the vehicle noise was considerable. Otherwise the location is good.

Nice place to stay

Only 2 min walking to the beach, restaurants and facilities around. Sometimes noisy because the balcony faces a busy street.

Great Spot

Our stay was great! Just a quick walk to the beach. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean and a great location.

This property is pretty much as advertised! Very comfortable with everything you could need. Also has an elevator so it’s easy when you have luggage, groceries or beach accessories. There are also stairs right outside the door. The condo property is great. Heated pool, lounging chairs, BBQ area and more. You can walk to some stores, restaurants and a great ice cream shop! If you want to go into the village or down to turtle beach you can hop on the trolley - it passed every half hour- it’s free but most people tip the driver. If you want more shopping, big groceries etc it’s a five minute drive. They have everything you need for the beach too. It’s about a 7 minute walk to THE most glorious beach! It would have been nice to have a wagon or something to haul all the stuff to the beach but we made do. All in all it was a great spot!!

Lovely and relaxing! So close to the beach!

This property could not have been any nicer! It had a gorgeous, up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the main living space was great for hanging out. While the property is on the 3rd floor, it's right by the stairs and had elevator access as well - important for us as one of our family members is disabled. The condo is located right across from a short access road to the beach and comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the Gulf - umbrellas, chairs, coolers, towels, etc. It's also within easy walking distance to all sorts of delicious restaurants, as well as an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, drug store, and souvenir stores. Once you arrive, you wouldn't have to drive anywhere if you didn't want to! Highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing vacation!

Beautiful condo!

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at this rental. It's situated in a great location, waking distance from the beach. Kids had their own beds, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook some meals. They provide umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The condition of the condo was great, newly renovated and we could't be more more happier choosing this condo. We definitely stay there again and recommend it. Thank you!

Wonderful

We had a very good stay in this property. The condo had everything we needed for our comfort and beyond. It was sparkling clean. Location is great, close to all beaches, shops like Trader Joe, Costco, restaurants and more. The balcony was a pleasure to sit in. Thank you very much!

Better unit and fully equipped

The unit was great, very clean and has everything needed in a home! They helped a lot and answer always very fast and kindly! Only not so good thing was that the beach in front of the place is full of chairs form other hotels nd resorts, and there is no space for other guests … but the localization is really great!

Excellent Location

Nice place. I initially thought the color scheme was as a bit drab but we got used to it. Everything was clean and newly remodeled. Within walking distance of several places to eat and the beach. Never heard any noise from neighbors. Super quiet. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Had an issue with the shower rod in one of the bathrooms being too loose and couldn’t fix it. I emailed the property management and it was fixed within hours. Would rent again.

Welcome to the beach

First time staying here. Best surprise was we could just walk everyday anytime we wanted to the beach. Place was clean and met our needs. Pool was heated. All and all a wonderful stay

Everything was great-Except

Everything was great, except for the management of the property. I do not think they like that condos are rented and they literally make up stuff that your doing and make complaints to the people we rented from. They said we were leaving garbage, towels, coolers, chairs all over the walk way causing a hazard for people walking. They then said we were sticking our garbage in between the washer and dryer. Absolutely ridiculous. I noticed tha tthe people who live their were not overly friendly so we stayed away from the pool. Now I know why. It is too bad because we did have a great time, it is in a great location, the price was good, but it is no fun to be accused of things you absolutely did not do and then find you have to defend yourself to the person you rented from. The person we rented from was extremely accusatory and it was not appreciated.

Very clean and convenient location

Overall a great place to stay when visiting Siesta Key on a budget. Unit was clean but we had a small issue with ants in kitchen (they had spray we used) but not too bad, might be common for area. It was also very dated and had stained carpet. It could use some refreshing of worn fixtures and paint. Positives are the price, covered parking and location. I would stay here again because the positives outweighed the negatives for sure.

Vista Hermosa 312A

We had a great time at Vista Hermosa. The apartment, while dated, is a great location. The carpet should be replaced with hard floor. We own a vacation rental and know how difficult it can be to keep carpeted flooring clean. The carpet in this unit has seen better days. Loved the porch, even with the traffic noise. The large door wall to the porch supplies a large amount of natural lighting, which we loved. Having a carport was an unexpected bonus! The Vista Hermosa manager (Dan K) was very accommodating to our needs and did his best to keep us informed while emergency plumbing was done in our kitchen. The pool area is excellent. We would definitely stay at Vista Hermosa again.

Because of the Red Tide, it was a very bad experience, I will never go back to this area

Property is not bad but the main problem was the Siesta Key beach that is destroyed by the Ref Tide blooms that reuined our vacation and many other people during the week started 08/03/2018. There was no warnings on VRBO website for a possibility that a Red Tide attack will happen which left a very bad experience for me and my family. I wish if I can get my money back. Red Tide is a Manmade disaster that needs to be addressed ASAP. I advise any one not to go to Siesta Key and all surrounding beachs to avoid what happened to me and my family. Very bad experience; the worst ever.
