Looking for a getaway at the beach? Paradise awaits at Beach Bum Villa! Kick off your shoes and get ready to wiggle your toes into the world-famous quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach! This cheerful condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and puts you in the perfect location - just a three minute walk to the beach!

This ground floor condo has a relaxed feel with a completely renovated kitchen and updated bathrooms. Enjoy the coastal décor throughout or take in the view of the pool from the breezy, screened-in lanai.

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has one twin bed and one full sized bed. Both bedrooms include spacious closets and flat-screen TVs. In addition, there is a new queen-size sofa bed in the living area (with a foam mattress) that can comfortably sleep two.

The fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of opportunities for you and your family to prepare meals together and enjoy them while seated at the dining table. The kitchen and dining area flow effortlessly into the comfortable living room with new couch and loveseat, and a brand new 65" smart tv. Wifi and cable are included.

The condo includes a beach cart, new beach chairs, umbrella, and a rolling cooler. In addition, there are lots of family games and books for your enjoyment. Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and beach towels are provided.

Bringing the kids? Pack 'n play (please bring your own sheet), booster seat, and beach toys are included for your convenience.

If you are looking for restaurants, nightlife or shopping, Siesta Key Village is a short distance from the condo. Walk, drive, bike or hop on the free trolley to get to and from the charming and bustling village. Beautiful downtown Sarasota is only a 15 minute drive away.

The La Siesta complex offers a heated pool, BBQs, shuffleboard courts, recreation room with pool table & ping pong, a small workout room and on-site laundry facilities. La Siesta is located directly across from the public beach, which provides beachgoers with volleyball courts, tennis courts, playground, restrooms, showers and snack shack.

Very close to the beach, the #1 beach in the states. The house has everything you need for cooking. Modern kitchen and very clean. I would recommend staying here.

GREAT location and adorable apartment!

Super cute apartment very close to pool and easily walkable to siesta key beach. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. We appreciated having beach chairs on site and a well stocked kitchen. We recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as the listing. The location was perfect, as it is directly across the street from the public beach and the unit had everything you needed for the beach and more! The unit was very clean, spacious and well stocked. This was our first time staying at the LaSiesta and would highly recommend it. Thank you Julie for all your quick responses prior to booking and leading right up to the time we checked in. This unit will not disappoint. Great Host, Great property, Perfect location and friendly staff.

At Barwon Heads for family wedding, would without doubt recommend, clean, has everything you could ask for. Location amazing, middle of town (shopping) and walking distance to everything! We’ll be back!

Cute Coastal Condo!

Kelly & Chuck were awesome to work with. We had a slight problem with a dead bolt no ones fault & they went above & beyond to fix it & accommodate us. Condo was decorated with coatal decor & was neat & clean. Convenient location to both the beach & the village. Would recommend to anyone coming to Siesta Key.

The pullout bed was off track, and hard to put back on track in order to get back into the couch. Also some of the vertical blinds were laying on the ground when we checked in. Otherwise very nice place, Thanks again!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had such a great time! The condo was beautiful and had a nice beach vibe. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen worked out well for eating in. We all loved the pool. There are so many beach and pool toys that my kids loved! Unfortunately there was red tide so we couldn't swim in the ocean. We still walked on the beach and played in the soft sand. Sunsets are amazing! The village was so easy to get to. We walked or took the free shuttles/ferries. There is tons to do in the area even without the beach. We visited the Ringling Musuem (circus part was our favorite), More Aquarium, Big Cats, Oscar Sheyer State Park is beautiful. This condo made our Siesta Key vacation perfect!!

Beautiful condo, super convenient to beaches and Siesta Key Village

We enjoyed our stay very much at this conveniently located, and beautifull decorated condo. The pictures posted are exactly what you get, if not better, and was what we were looking for. We stayed a week over the Christmas/New Years holiday with our two small children (toddler & infant). The convenient access to the beach (directly across the street), as well as having the pool directly out the back door was great. There is a children’s playground at the beach, also directly across the street from the condo. No driving anywhere necessary! And all the beach/pool toys provided was an added bonus. We also loved the SK village, and made the nice 15 minute walk down almost every day (sometime multiple) for coffee and dinner/drinks (The Hub was our favorite by far) The owners were very responsive, nice and communicated along the way. The check in/out process was seamless and easy as well. It was an overall very enjoyable stay and we loved our first visit to Siesta Key. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway!

The property was quaint and had everything we needed. It’s an older property but was clean with plenty of towels and linens. There were books and board games and we appreciated the beach chairs and coolers. The kitchen was nice and we cooked many meals there. The Frog Hop was just a phone call away and every driver was so friendly. The pool was clean and warm. We felt very safe with our young boys. Beach access was excellent! The only two things missing were a pair of scissors and a lighter. We grilled quite a bit on the outdoor grills which were clean and well-kept but we celebrated two birthdays and could have used a lighter to light the candles. Otherwise everything was perfect. Contact with the property manager was easy and kind. We will definitely come back. Everyone was so friendly. My husband and I went for a run every day and the roads have a bike lane and the sidewalks are in excellent condition. What a great vacation!

Clean, great location

This is a walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Very clean. Pool is nice but gets very crowded and it’s no smoking but people still do and it’s annoying for families. Unit was renovated a bit, but things like the comforter and furniture have stains and taped rips, small hole in the master wall. Sink in master bath has standing water and the ice dispenser doesn’t work in the fridge, we had to grab it with cups. Would suggest getting a pot scrubber because some dishes and pans were not clean due to there only being dish rags to clean them with. Definitely paying for the location, it’s next best to ocean front and like I said it was super clean when we got there. I would say a family with two children would be best. There were six of us and we all couldn’t fit to watch tv in the living room at the same time. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

Sehr schönes Apartment und keine 5 Min. bis zum Cresent Beach. Alles Bestens und auch so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Selbst durch späte Anreise (9:30PM) keine Probleme mit dem Zugang zur Unterkunft, da Schlüssel und Papiere in einen Safe beim Office hinterlegt worden waren, wie in den Emails geschrieben wurde. Mit Personal im Office am nächsten Tag nett und freundlich kommuniziert! Hatten sehr schöne Tage vor Ort. Ist ein Ort, wo man immer wieder gerne einkehren würde.
Weg zum Strand mit Unterkunft im Hintergrund.
Strandzugang wo man einen Verpflegungsstand Toiletten vorfindet.
Cresent Beach Richtung Norden.

We absolutely enjoyed this property. The condo was very clean and well stocked with the kitchen essentials. Typically, the fry pans are used and scratched. Your pans were a pleasure to use. We cooked “at home” most nights. A quick walk to the beach was great as well. I am so glad you provide chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very hard to travel with those items when we fly. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!
