- Heated lap pool and Olympic-sized children’s pool with play features
- Tennis courts (Northstar Tennis Program ranks top 25 nationally)
- Game room (ping pong, air hockey, billiards)
- Saunas, showers, and a modern fitness center
- Optional massage services, or treat yourself to a spa day at The Ritz-Carlton, just up the hill

A free door-to-door shuttle is available to take you anywhere within the Northstar Resort area, including the Village.

The house was great for our group - 9 adults, 7 kids, spacious, clean, comfortable. Great location - right on the golf course. Shuttle service was nice amenity. Crews came and cleaned snow off driveway and deck. Owners and caretakers were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, equipment, etc.

We had a great stay. The cabin was accessible and the roads were well maintained, even with the winter storm that came through during our stay. The outdoor area was nice for the kids, and the bathroom setup was perfect since we didn't need to share. The kitchen was also very convenient, having two ovens made cooking for the whole group much easier. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the property which was ideal for our group of grandchildren, children and parents/grandparents. Tons of space for our large group. The kitchen was amazingly appointed (the two dishwashers and sinks came in quite handy)and the house was a quick shuttle ride from the ski slopes. The host was very helpful with a minor plumbing issue which she quickly took care of on New Year’s Eve. Would highly recommend this property!

Tahoe happiness

We have a family reunion every other year and chose this fabulous home for our 2025 trip. 9 adults and 9 kids and we all had a blast. The house is very spacious, including the well-appointed kitchen. Darts, pool, ping pong, a putting green, a fire pit, a hot tub, three places to gather and watch TV or movies, plenty of spots to play games or play outside. Great trails just a few steps outside the front door. We spotted bears twice!

Family Reunion 2025

Great place to have a family reunion. The kitchen was well stocked and large. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole family. There were inside and outside games and activities, as well as access to the NorthStar Recreation Center. We enjoyed it so much that our family has asked us to book this property again.

Everything a guest would want

The house contains everything and more we could want. Kitchen drawers filled with all required to serve family of 11. Here’s some examples: rice cooker, 3 living/sitting areas, ping pong and pool table in house, hot tub outside, putting green, main kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, magnificent rec center with multiple pools for children, 3 jacuzzis, I could go on and on. Also very comfortable beds

We had a family reunion (ages 8 mos-75 yrs) and this home was perfect for us! We all loved ping pong/pool/darts/hot tub/putting green/puzzles galore/volleyball/badminton and all the fun signage in the house was a hoot! There were plenty of rooms to sleep in, and pull out sofa/futon if needed for more than 15 people. The washer & dryers were super helpful! The view is spectacular, and the location was super easy access to the parks, Kings Beach, Truckee stores and of course, Northstar resort! We would highly recommend this home, to large groups! The kitchen was stacked with the perfect amount of dishes, pots & pans, glasses, waffle maker, rice cooker, and there were 5 coffee makers! We made every meal at home! We had such a blast at this large family-friendly VRBO!

Unfortunately, had a bit of a problem

Once entering the property, unfortunately we noticed there were no coffee pots that were working except for one they did Amazon two pots over immediately which I thought was great compassion and then the refrigerator in the laundry room didn’t work so they brought over ice bags, which was kind, but what I wasn’t happy about was the parking scenario we had all our cars in the driveway and not on the street and we were having a huge gathering of 30 people and 20 of them were staying the night at 10 o’clock. The other 10 was going to another cabin down the street we had someone come over and called the cops and made us Remove the cars yet. We had nowhere to move them. Then we were told that we can only have eight cars there we had 11 which again they all fit on the driveway. It took up about a good hour of our time to get it all situated my guest had to find a place to park but with nowhere to find a place to come back and they were gonna be charged 75 per parking so that was not what was on the contract. We were told as long as there’s no street parking so that was really uncomfortable for all of us. There were a lot of things that were needing attending to as far as in the bathrooms. There’s cabinets coming off the hinge lights didn’t work in some of the rooms in broken glass was outside of the cabinet. Overall, they tried their best to make it all work out unfortunately at this time, I won’t be going back next year.

Weekend stay

Stayed here with some friends for a ski and golf weekend and it was perfect. Great house for a large group and great location for all outdoor activities. Would highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful stay!

Overall, this is a great cabin for a large group. We had a lot of fun. The home is somewhat old and some of the furniture is run down, but we would love to be here again! The location is quite central and it was very easy to go in and out!

great location and space for large families

Enjoyed our stay here for a large family gathering. The space was perfect for multiple families. The open space out back allowed us to just walk out to play in the snow. The house was clean and had enough basic supplies for the stay. One of the shower doors was broken and some kitchen cabinet hinges was broken, but both did not disrupt the stay or use of the space much. Just note: check out requires trash removal, cleaning of all dishes and towels. We would definitely book again for future visit.

Another great stay

As always, we had a great stay at this cabin. As noted the house is showing some wear and tear but the spaces for a large group cannot be beaten. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group. The floor plan allows for the whole group to be together and also has separtate area for small groups to gather. We love snow play on the golf course behind the house. The hot tub is great. We will be staying there again.

Great size place!! Needs some TLC

The size of the house and location was perfect!! we had all the amenities but we found many things to be in need of attention with this place. Upon arrival the lights in several areas were out, many outlets didn’t work, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working (including all cable internet) - not a great start! We also encountered broken appliances, leaks, and old/tattered/missing linens. The owner was somewhat responsive but most of the issues persisted through the four night stay. We love this area and are grateful for a cozy home filled with silly signs and you can tell the owner really has a fun personality!

Property is in disrepair but is a great space for a large group

This is a great space for a large group but unfortunately many many things are in disrepair. Primary suite had a broken window, duct taped blinds, sheets with tears and elastic that no longer works. Cabinet doors off the hinges in the kitchen. The pool table is unusable because of some type of liquid on the felt. The cabinets, carpets, furniture are all very worn. We had to repair a few of the arms on the dining room chairs in order to use them. On the upside, the place was festively decorated for Christmas, the kitchen has almost everything you might need, the driveway has ample parking, the hot tub and gas fire pit on the back decks were great and we loved Northstar Resort and Village.

All inclusive family fun

This was a great property for my family’s Christmas vacation. Plenty of rooms, beautiful cabin decor, and tons of activities for all ages. The owner was great at maintaining communication throughout our stay and answering any questions. He was also super friendly and even decorated the house for Christmas and left us a bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend this property for a family gathering, nobody had any complaints.

Perfect for a family reunion and gathering!

This property is advertised very accurately and has everything you need to ensure a great gathering for a large group! The room set up is ideal, the kitchen is amazing, the sitting areas are all very usable, and if you want a variety of fun and games to keep everyone entertained (inside and out!) ... you got it! We had a family gathering of 18 people (15 adults and 3 kids) and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location is great, the home is wonderful and all of our communication with Steve was excellent. Would happily stay here again and would recommend it for other's consideration. What great memories we created in this great home!

Great Stay!

Steve’s place was exactly as advertised. The location was incredible, the house was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was beautiful and there were plenty of games to keep us entertained all weekend. Steve was extremely responsive with anything we needed. He was super easy to work with! Overall, I’d recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in a nice, quiet area of Tahoe.

In Truckee for a Wedding

Beautiful house, with great views on the golf course. We were in town for a wedding and used the house to stage our some of our activities. There are lots of great common areas to enjoy, great kitchen, nice yard and games, we had a great time.
