Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home was completely renovated! It features an enclosed porch with wicker furniture, two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Xfinity wifi throughout, a smart flat-panel TV and digital cable in the living room, and a flat-panel TV and digital cable in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a nice yard with shade tree, off-street parking, a patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean. For larger parties, ask about renting this and another one of our neighboring properties - we have three 2-bedroom homes right next to each other, all part of the 10 home collection that is Beaches End Properties of Cape May

Summer Vacation

This was our second year in a row staying at the house. Perfect location to walk to the beach and cape may. The house has been our favorite place to stay in the cape may area.

long weekend away

My wife and I always enjoy our visits to Cape May. This rental was perfect for our needs as our 2 year old granddaughter joined us for part of the weekend with her Mommy and Daddy. Second time we rented with our host who is always helpful.

Great

House was clean and well equipped. Instructions on key etc worked. Had TBS on tv so we could watch the Phillies. Very quiet neighborhood.

Cute Little House in Cape May

The house was nice and the stay was great. Very good for small kids: stocked with toys, dishes for kids, outlets childproofed, etc. which we did not expect and we’re pleasantly surprised by. It’s certainly not the most brand new of places but it did the job for us. The only part I didn’t like was the hidden fees - after checking out, our actual payment was about $500 more than originally advertised.

Fantastic Property for Our Family!

This was the perfect property for our family! Clean, relaxing space and just a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here or at one of their other properties next time we visit! We had a great stay! Thank you!

Meticulous Property

The owners carefully planned for vacationers. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, silverware, and dishes. Games, toys, and books made our two young granddaughters feel at home. Every room was nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Beach chairs and tags were much appreciated. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We'll be back!

Clean, Quality, Drive to the beach

Renting was easy and the place was beautiful, well furnished, easy to fine and comfortable. The outdoor shower was great although the outdoor seating spot was too warm to use. We thought the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had most of what we needed right away save detergent and Saran Wrap. The walk to the beach was long and not very practical for anyone bringing more than a chair. Fortunately, there was free parking at that beach entrance and it wasn’t too hard to find a spot. Overall it was a nice spot to stay in Cape May but not really walkable to much.

Amazing!!

Property was an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, Washington Mall, Cape May Nature Center, and the bay. Ron and Kim were easy to get ahold of and were reasonable in all requirements and requests. Great place to stay with young children!!

Clean and cozy

We enjoyed staying in this lovely little cottage. The house is clean and airy, the kitchen well stocked and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet! It was tricky getting in touch with the owners, who prefer Facebook messages to email (I don't use Facebook), but everything was fine during the week we were there, and we had a very good time!

Great 2 weeks!

This is the second year we stayed in one of their properties and it was great! Beautiful new kitchen and the rest was equally nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Cape Amat home

We stayed at the Home in July of 2021. When we arrived check in was seamless and the house was immaculate. Great location, not in the center of the town. While we didn’t walk to the beach, we easily could have. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable and nice location

We hope to return in the future and had a nice time. My only complaint is the bouncy spring queen mattress - every time my husband rolled over it woke me up like sleeping on a trampoline. He was booted to the couch after that.

Great time!

We had a great week at Ron and Kim's beach house! Nicely appointed and thoughtful extras- beach chairs, games and puzzles, etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and communication was great with owners before we got there. Wonderful location- close to everything! We love Cape May and would definitely stay at Ron and Kim's again!

💛Great place to stay!

Loved this home! Enjoyed reading in the sunroom. Kitchen nice. Great being able to do laundry! Extra bath nice size compared with other units in the area. Would stay again for sure!

Good size and conveniently located close to the beach and shops area.

The location and size for our family of 4 was just right and it was well equipped. The beach was walkable, 10mins and all other amenities were within 5mins driving distance. Overall a great comfortable stay, thank you.

Great location! Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here in July. Part of a quad in the Village Green section of Cape May, this 2 bedroom home is close to everything. We were able to ride our bikes to the beach, the mall, restaurants and leave our car parked in the driveway for the week. Although the kitchen seems to be recently updated, we didn’t put it to much use, preferring to eat most of our meals out. It’s Cape May after all! So many restaurants to choose from! The mattress in the master bedroom is pretty uncomfortable and I walked into the bed frame more times than I can count getting to my side of the bed so maybe that will be the next thing that gets an upgrade in the house. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay!

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
