Executive newly remodeled home with Pool, Spa & Games Room!

Absolutely gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom located in the community of Westridge, just a short drive from Disney and near to a 24 hour Walmart. This beautiful home has just recently been completely renovated and was done very well.

Featuring two spacious living areas, one with leather sectional sofa, flat screen TV with Roku to stream live tv or watch your favorite apps such as Disney plus and Netflix, DVD player and PlayStation. The family room also has leather sofas and and there is a separate dining area with seating for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, dishware, silverware etc and features a kitchen nook with seating for 4.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 50" TV and ensuite bathroom which features stand-in shower, garden tub and double-sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each and a TV. Total of 5 TV's in home.

The garage has even been converted into a games room with table-tennis, air hockey table, foosball table, games table, and dartboard. The private pool and spa area is fully screened to keep out the bugs and features a shaded lanai area for outside dining. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer, towels & linens, iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc for your convenience. Book now - you won't be disappointed! Accommodates up to 8 people.


The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the now open EPIC UNIVERSE are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

We had an issue with the air conditioning, I called the contact number and she was going to check into it. The thermostat had a preset minimum of 72, fine during the day but the primary bedroom was too hot to sleep at night, we checked out a day ahead of time and stayed in a hotel the last night of our trip

The house has a wonderful lay out for multi generational families. That beening said as far as cleanliness it was the worst I've ever seen. There was poop on one of the headboards, bedspread had stains, light switches dirty, fans with inch duston the blades and furniture was very warn out. The outside had dead bushes and the screen around the pool was terrible. I will attach pictures later. BEWARE renting this Villa!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the layout of the home for multi-generational families, as that is exactly what the property was designed for. Regarding the landscaping, Florida experienced several hard freezes this past winter, which unfortunately caused widespread plant damage throughout the state. Many plants appeared dead following the freezes, and landscaping professionals recommend waiting before trimming or removing them, as some vegetation can recover once warmer weather returns. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we were disappointed to read these concerns. Your stay began on April 3rd, and we were not notified of any cleaning issues until April 12th. Had we been made aware earlier, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to address and correct any concerns during your stay, as we always want guests to be comfortable and satisfied. We take all feedback seriously and will review these items with our team to ensure our standards continue to be met.

The layout of the house was for perfect for a multi-generational family vacation. Pool and spa heated well and as soon as requested. Communication with the management was great. But, the overall feel, smell and look of the house left much to be desired. I communicated with management that it really needed a deep clean — all pillows and bedding were sweat stained, and all the bedrooms had squeaky beds and stained mattresses. For a month long stay, I felt we deserved better. For families, no sidewalks in the neighborhood.

Brilliant stay

The villa was amazing, well looked after. The pool was amazing. There wasn't a day we didn't go on the pool. Location is perfect two minutes to the main road for traveling. What more could you want. Will definitely be staying again !!

Great stay!

My family had a great stay at this house. It's so pretty and well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was my kids favorite part I couldn't get them out! Bedrooms were all comfortable and the house has a nice layout. We will definitely rent this house again!

Loved it but

Loved the stay. Had a great time. When we first arrived the dinner plates were wet and dirty, so that was disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves.

We had a very nice stay at this house in Westridge. It had everything we needed, it was clean and in a nice neighborhood. We did have an issue with the Carbon Monoxide detector on the weekend where it was beeping but it was quickly resolved same day which was very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend this home!

Nice Family Time

We enjoyed the house and had wonderful family time! The house is very spacious and has all of the amenities needed for a great vacation. The location is not as close as we wanted to the Disney Parks, and with traffic is a good 30 minute drive. I will definitely recommend this house if you have a large group and don't mind the drive to the parks.

The períod of my vacation was excellent.The house fullfilled all the expectations my family and I had.Was very cold in Florida but the heater and the heated pool made a difference offering an enjoyable stay. Another plus is the kitchen and the pool area.Really an excellent house.
