Swim in the ocean steps from your back door or in your own private pool. Wifi all the way out to the beach, 2 kitchens, one on each floor, relaxing hammocks, media room with a tv and recliner couch, air conditioner and tv in the master bedroom, washer and dryer, plus a very large balcony upstairs to enjoy the view. This is a great family/entertainment home. Walk down the beach to world famous Montanita and check out the cool restaurants, bars and crazy night life than come back to a beautiful secluded beach home for some peace and quiet or to keep the party going. Our local caretakers are in separate house for all your needs including private surf lessons and connections to resources all over Ecuador.

**Please Note** We only have air conditioning in the master suite. No other bedrooms have a/c. The house is a true beach house with an open air design, that allows the ocean breeze to flow through the house, please also keep in mind this house is on the beach and is subject to salt water all year round. Because of this some metal is rusting or corroded it’s impossible to keep it perfect all the time, some doors are difficult to open sometimes or maybe a window. This is not a beach resort. Please keep this in mind when booking.
