It is 7 minute walk from the beaches of Montañita (500 metres) and no more than a hop, skip and a jump to the centre of the town itself (350 metres). It offers you access to the bohemian vibe of the town without the noise and hustle and bustle - it's a relaxing oasis in the heart of it all.

This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, modern, bungalow-style home that will accommodate up to 6 people. Bedrooms and living room have direct access to the relaxing patio that surrounds a private, infinity-edge pool. You also have access to a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the coastline. The home has air conditioning throughout and is equipped with a UV filtration system that assures potable water (i.e. water that is safe to drink) everywhere in the property. Wi-Fi internet access is provided. You also have use of a stereo receiver that is connected to ceiling mounted speakers in the living room and exterior patio speakers - you can bring your own music and connect to the home's sound system by way of the auxiliary port. There is a television in the living room and one in master bedroom. You can connect your device to them via the supplied HDMI cables. Access to Netflix is also provided ( Note: Regular cable/satellite television such as DirectTV is not provided ). A fully equipped kitchen is part of the package along with an outdoor charcoal BBQ.
