Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Proms or Parties of any kind are NOT PERMITTED at or on the property of our home.

Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at Johnā€™s beautiful home. The house was well designed and had a stunning property. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and beautiful yard. As a family it was very convenient to have the additional bedrooms on the main floor and a large kitchen. The house had everything we needed, and John was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

Perfect stay in a gorgeous Wainscott home

Johnā€™s home was perfect for our family which included an infant and 3 year old. The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and John was a pleasure to communicate with. Beautiful backyard with a large pool. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

Fabulous weekend in Wainscott

We absolutely loved our stay at John's home! The backyard is incredible and the location is perfect- right near Sag Harbor and a quick drive to the town of East Hampton. John was super helpful with answering any questions we had during our stay. We couldn't recommend this rental enough!

Best Hamptons stay ever

We have been renting in the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for a few years and this is by far the best place weā€™ve stayed. We hated to leave and canā€™t wait to stay again. Itā€™s stylish, spacious, beautifully equipped and John rocks- heā€™s so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a large family!

We loved staying in Johnā€™s beautiful home. We were on town for the US Open, so unfortunately we didnā€™t get to spend as much time at the home as we would have liked. The beautiful kitchen and open layout of the home was great for cooking and dining in with a large group. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Best Trip Best House

This property is the perfect vacation spot for a Hamptons visit. Itā€™s location and proximity to sag harbor, east hampton and Bridgehampton is an amazing perk, but you could never leave the house and be extremely happy. My kids lived in the pool and on the giant swing and we all slept comfortably in the spacious bedrooms. John is a great host and so easy going and nice. 10/10 will revisit.
