This was the perfect cabin to spend outside.

The cabin was very secluded. We could not hear anything except the birds. We spent most of our time on the huge deck overlooking the property. We were a week too early to enjoy the pool but we fished in the ponds and made good use of the fire pits. Very relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cantwell prairie! My only riff with the weekend was the grill was not in working condition and the tvs need dvds in order to work since they are blu-ray connected! If I knew these things prior to arrival I could’ve planned for it and the trip would easily be 5 stars!

We’ve been lucky enough to stay at this cabin 3 times. Great location to get away.

The large gathering places. We have a lot of guys and some other places don’t have the space for all of us to hang out in the same area.

The most perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring Hocking Hills!

This cabin was everything we could've dreamt of! Legit. Girls trip, 4 days. One of the girls brought her 4mo baby, the guest house was perfect for them so we didn't keep each other up all through the night. Plenty of space, the pool was perfect, hot tub was everything your sore muscles could ask for, 2 fire pits, 2 fishing ponds (next time we will come prepared to fish) and a trail in the woods for the early birds to wait for everyone else to wake up. We can't wait to make this an yearly trip!

Absolutely amazing stay! The cabin was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The property needs some serious attention to detail. We had dishwasher problems that shadowed our ex

Beautiful grounds, pool was great, good amount of bedrooms. Poor lighting in all the rooms. The main kitchen table was filthy - paper plates stuck to it. We had to buy cleaning material. Both dishwashers were not working. Cornhole bags were broken so we bought new ones to use. No hooks to hang up clothes. Needed bed sheets and blankets in barn. Living room windows need curtains. Upstairs bedroom needs better curtains. Air hockey table needs replaced. Garbage cans need lids. Table lamps needed.

Great for families

This a great property for a family weekend. Very nice cabin that’s close to popular hiking trails and was a great winter getaway. We plan on visiting again in warm weather to enjoy more of the activities available in the summer.

Blissful

The cabin was cozy and well appointed. There was plenty of space to spread out, but gathering spaces encouraged us to sit together and talk. The back deck is absolutely gorgeous and the property is just beautiful. Very peaceful! Having a guesthouse on the property was also helpful!
