Sky's Edge Retreat - Pet Friendly, Sauna, Hot Tub, Short Drive to Ski Resorts

Our cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four cozy bedrooms. Each bed is outfitted with fresh linens, mattress and pillow protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts. Two pullout sofas (one in each living room) offer additional sleeping space (sheets, pillows and comforters available).

The fully-equipped kitchen (located on the second floor - stair access only) features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy full meals. The adjacent dining area seats 8, and the kitchen island includes 4 bar stools for casual dining.

To ensure year-round comfort, the home features two split AC/Heating units (upstairs & downstairs), along with baseboard heat, ceiling fans, and a gas fireplace.

Booking & House Policies
• Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM sharp.
• Check-In Time: 4:00 PM sharp.
(Possibility of early check in or late check out, but must be confirmed and agreed upon with the host)

Linen Information:
• 12 bath towels (1 per guest), 2 kitchen towels, and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom)
• Beds fully made with linens, blankets, pillows, and comforters
(Please bring your own beach towels and hot tub robes)

Safety & Accessibility Notes
• Security cameras may be present outside the home to monitor for safety (no interior recording)
• The kitchen is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only

Hot Tub & Amenity Safety Guidelines
Hot Tub/Sauna Use
• Supervise children at all times
• Avoid use if pregnant, under the influence, or on impairing medications
• Keep temperature below 104°F for safety

Fire Pit & Grill Use
• Fully extinguish flames after use
• Always supervise children when near hot surfaces or flames

Pet Policy – Dog-Friendly with Restrictions
We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs under the following guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all:
• Dogs must be at least 1 year old and potty trained.
• A maximum of 2 dogs allowed per reservation
• Pet fees apply:
  – $100
• Dogs are not permitted on any furniture or beds
• Dogs must not be left unattended in the home at any time
• Guests must bring their own dog bedding/crate.
• Dogs may not be washed in bathtubs or showers
• Dogs must be kept on a leash when on Lake Harmony community property
• Dogs that bark excessively or disturb neighbors may result in additional fees or requests to remove the pet
• Dogs must be fully vaccinated, licensed, and wear proper identification tags
• Guests must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste properly
• Any accidents inside the home must be cleaned by the guest and reported to the host
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets

NO SMOKING
This is a smoke free house. Any guests violating this rule by smoking inside the house will receive a $200 fee/fine.

WILDLIFE SAFETY
The Poconos are abundant with wildlife - including but not limited to eagles, hawks, deer, turkey, coyotes and bears. Please respect the animals. Do not feed the deer. Do not leave any food or garbage outside of the house. Please be mindful of small children and pets, as mentioned there are bears in these woods.

Liability Waiver
By booking, guests acknowledge inherent risks and release the owner from any liability for injuries, medical issues, or accidents related to use of the property and its amenities
