Oceanfront condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom, Queen and Twin in 2nd bedroom, and a living room sleeper sofa. The beach is steps away from this oceanfront ground floor condo in South Forest Beach. With a private patio accessible from the livingroom, guests staying in Ocean Club 49 have easy access to the beach. Follow the adjacent wooden walkway to and from the beach or take a dip in the on-site courtyard pool a few steps away. Although Ocean Club has parking in front of each condominium, the complex is an easy walk to Coligny Plaza, the beach market, and beach park. This quaint little downtown area has shopping and dining for all ages. Ocean Club 49 has recently been renovated with new a brand new kitchen, flooring and much more. Wireless Internet Access.

Great location!

Condo was clean and was the perfect location for walking or biking to Coligny. Quiet area and the short walk to the beach was fantastic.

Property was nice but some of the amenities were the bare minimum. Bath towels were scratchy and seemed old. Sheets were cheap and barely fit the king size bed. Place was relatively clean, but could use a really deep clean. Baseboard and corners were dirty and dusty.

Great stay. Great location. All that you need and then some. Everything was easy. Would be great to not have to stop by an office but a minor thing. We loved our stay.

Lovely beach condo

Lovely week with my husband while watching college tennis. Condo is walking distance to my favorite spot, The Sandbar.

Everything about this condo was great! It is even better than the pictures! The location was very nice and quiet. It was just a short walk to the beach. The owners and the rental company go above and beyond what we could expect. Everything was neat, clean and in perfect shape! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great location!

Great location-so close to the beach and coligny! Pool was right across the parking lot. The condo was well stocked but could definitely use a deep clean. The floors were very very dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black after being there 10 minutes so we wore our flip flops around the unit during our stay. Overall a great visit and you can’t beat the location!

2nd year here. Will return. My only recommendation would be for room darkening shades/curtains in bedroom facing parking lot.

Maintanance

The property and complex is lovely! There were maintenance issues however that the management company needs to address. Master bath sink clogged, sliding door screen in Master I had to fix as well as a lamp. Half the living room slider was filthy. Otherwise, the condo is excellent!

Perfect for our first visit

The location cannot be beat! Steps away from the boardwalk to a lovely beach. Great outdoor and indoor seating options. The layout was also perfect for our three kids- the second bedroom fit them perfectly. The pool was amazing - our kids made tons of friends and had a blast. Plenty of towels and nice starter amenities provided. The only issue we really had as with the cleanliness of the unit. It was badly in need of a deep clean. Walls, doors, cabinets all had smudges, splatters and fingerprints. We also found garbage, hair and food under the couch and beds. The kitchen cabinets and drawers also needed a cleaning.

Amazing Condo on South Forest Beach Dr. HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Club 49 was the perfect condo for our fall family vacation. The Condo was clean, the perfect size for four adults, and is literally steps from the beach. Out the back patio there is plenty of room to relax or enjoy a meal which is what we did since we decided on takeout for our dinners. The view of the water and palm trees is stunning and the sound of the waves made sitting outside the best part. Not only is this condo located right by beach, but it is only minutes away from Coligny plaza which has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store. Looks as if they have made a lot of changes to this condo recently such as new appliances in the kitchen, new floors, and a remodeled bathroom. A few things that could use some updating are a new toaster since the handle was broken, the master bathroom could use some updating, and the sliding door was so noisy that it would wake everyone up if someone wanted to go outside in the morning. Other than those few things we had a wonderful stay and plan to return in the future.

39th year at HHI

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well here we go again, wow 39 years at Ocean Club. Not much new, upgrades did not happen once again!! Now on the other hand, #49 has taken the time to made several very nice upgrades. The second bathroom is renovated and no popcorn ceilings to steal skin from my knuckles. My favorite tree is gone, sad, but the view is as good as it gets. The condo was very clean as always, but the towels were very old. Might what to look at better ones. Everything worked, once you can figure out how to use the TV. Slider noisy so we be bought some spray to try and make it work better, but did not help. Buddy, Lynn, Allison and Richard are great to work with. The pool area and the front area towards the ocean were keep up and looked great. There were deer, rabbits and an eagle out front. Only suggestions we have get better fencing and pave the parking lot. As always Seashore Vacations continues to be the best!!!!!! Try them you will love them.

Loved that was so close to walk to the ocean, although on ground floor can’t see ocean, can hear and enjoyed the patio every evening. Kitchen well stocked, appreciated extra paper products. LOVED that bedroom had heavier curtains to block out morning light! Only thing to note was master bedroom mattress VERY firm. If you are over 40, 7 days might be rough, simple topper would make this a 5 star condo !

Fall Break

What we did not like was that the condo above us was being completely gutted while we were there. Every morning at 8 am they would start hammering and then sawing away at tile. It was so loud at times that we couldn't even carry on a conversation. We called the rental company and told them of the inconvenience, and they basically said that there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could contact the owners to see if they would give us a discount because of the inconvenience and they said that they would speak to their manager. We never heard back from them. It was very frustrating that they didn't seem to have any concern for our inconvenience. I even spoke with someone in the office while the sawing was going on and they could hear how loud it was.

Our 4th stay at Ocean Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our two week stay at Ocean Club 49. The view from the patio cannot be beat and we love the easy access to the beach. The house had a lovely sectional sofa that could easily hold our family of four (we all hung out there one morning while it rained) and the kitchen was well appointed. The bedrooms having their own baths made getting ready to go out easy and we loved our walks to Coligny Circle. The credits towards the beach equipment rental was an extra bonus. Since we fly, we cannot bring beach chairs and an umbrella so the rental was awesome!! We will be back for our 5th next year!!

Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this unit and we continue to love the great location, easy access to the beach and the bed set up (convenient sleeping for five) and the fully stocked kitchen. I spend many hours on the the patio enjoying the ocean view and watching the wildlife. We all love being able to walk to Coligny. We also love parking right at the door. The size of the complex is perfect --not too big. The pool is great, too. The only thing missing are a few extra towel bars in the bathrooms. The decor is very nice and there is plenty of seating inside and outside.
