A great beach front condo in Hilton Head. Perfect location right on the beach within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this condo.

Awesome stay in HHI

Cannot beat the location of the Ocean One property. Right in the middle of everything and walk to Coligny is less than 10 minutes.

August vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was extremely easy with lock code on the door. General cleanliness was okay but the bathroom had hair all over the floor. Management was responsive and sent housekeeping right over but the damage was already done. Ocean One, however, was a great place to stay with beautiful views, a great pool and easy access to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay, you will too.

Great place to stay. Great view off the balcony. Easy access to beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great pirate ship park for the kids to play just a few minute walk away. A wonderful stay, we would stay here again.

Great condo with outstanding view and location

Great week for four adults. Property has private beach access. Pool is great for adults as well as children. Outstanding location and wonderful view!

Great property and convenient location!

Clean apartment with a good amount of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The building grounds are well maintained and the pool is very nice. Excellent location with good proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Looking forward to coming back!

Pictures and location are accurate. Some updates are needed, but it did not impact the stay negatively in any way. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as described or better! The check in and out process were very easy. The communication and service were excellent and VERY prompt!! I would stay with them again as well as recommended to friends and family:)

Great place

Good overall…need to change from a key to key less entry and also be clearer on the email about where to go when picking up the key at check in. Other than that, great place would definitely rent again. Great location, beautiful balcony overlooking the beach, central to everything.

Solid property - very nice

We were very happy with this property. The bathroom update was well done and the property felt current. The location is great with direct views to the pool and the beach, and easy beach access. Central to the main Hilton Head commercial areas. One note - the hotel next door has live music at their outdoor bar from early afternoon to just after dinner time - think Jimmy Buffet covers. We loved it, but some folks might not.

Sounds of the Sea to Sooth an Old Sailors Soul

Sights and Sounds available from this listing, regardless of the time day or night, are nothing less than awesome. Live music from the Tiki Hut right next door (13:00 to 23:00) is loud so may not be the best for little ones or those who are not fans of classic rock

Very Nice

We found it just the way we thought, beautiful ocean view, easy access to the beach and Tiki bar next door, as well as the Coligny area. The only down side were the beds. Could be updated. All in all very nice place.

LOVE!!!

Location of this property was A-MAZING. The balcony view was perfect for the soul every morning. The only bummer is that there was construction happening throughout the larger property and for us, right outside the door so things were a bit messy and noisy after 9. But buildings need maintenance and what can you do! I am still giving our vacation a 5 stars! We'll be back and it with the maintenance, will be even better!

Family spot

Enjoyed everything about our vacation. I only have a criticism with the parking lot. They really need to stripe the spotsso that people don’t take up too much space. We came back in the evening on two different occasions and had nowhere to park. It said you were allowed two cars per condo. We would’ve never been able to park another car.

Great Location - beautiful view!

This property was in a wonderful location that wasn't too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Not to mention it is a short walk to the beach meaning we made at least one beach visit per day. The unit itself was very clean (my husband went over the whole place with anti-bacterial cleaner and the rag was not dirty at all). The unit could use some updates, but it's hard to keep up maintenance with a rental - so wear and tear is expected. The second bedroom could use some new mattresses. The grounds were well maintained. Overall, it was a nice place to call home for a week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One property is amazing. The view is amazing. The walk to the beach is literally 3minutes. There’s a new couch and it’s clean and very spacious. Every night we would sit in the patio and listen to the live music next door. And it’s a short walk to coligny plaza for shopping. As well as several grocery stores within a 10min drive. This place is great. Sea turtle getaways makes checking in and out easy-peasy as well. Definitely pick this place, you won’t regret it!
