Surf Court 15 is a large spacious townhouse with a second floor entry. This property is is 1 block to the Atlantic Ocean and 1.5 blocks to Van Der Meer tennis center. For weekly rentals 1 hour of tennis is included in your rental.
A spiral staircase leads you from the back porch to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area.
Surf Court 15 has 3 TV's, 1 for each bedroom and the living room. High-speed internet is provided in this condo.
This condo has been newly remodeled with granite counters, new kitchen, beautiful tile from the entrance to the patio. Surf Court 15 is stunning and has all the comforts of home. There is a King in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great time at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Surf Court 15 and our in-laws stayed at surf court 14. We had a great stay in mid-October. We wished the weather was a little warmer as the middle of the week was only getting to a high in the mid-60s. The place was in great condition. Our one complaint was with the roofing work that was taking place the entire week directly above our homes. This was brought up with management and addressed.

Fantastic Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a prime location. I am surprised we were able to still book it so late in the season. We were able to reserve it only a month out from our dates. The property was great, the rooms were fantastic. I have never slept so well. Location was direction a cross the street from the public access. Less than 5 min walk to the coligny beach park and dining and shopping. We like our home cool and the ac did not disappoint. The kitchen has everything you could want/need. Out the back door, just 100 feet from the pool. When we return to HHI, we will look for this property.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and positioned very close to the beach. Almost like staying on the beach, without the view. All we had to do was cross the road and go straight through The entrance to the beach on the other side. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Coligny Square (shopping, groceries, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops) are within walking and biking distance. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street. The pool is in the courtyard just out the back door, yet shielded by lush trees.It is tastefully decorated with beach decor.This was our 3rd stay at Surf Court and we will be back!

Relaxing vacation! Our 2nd stay at Surf Court 15

Winter break

Loved the location - short walk/bike ride to the beach and Cologne Plaza. Place was clean and comfortable. You do need to climb stairs to the second level. No problem for us but need to look for a different unit if stairs are an issue. The unit could use some updating especially the kitchen and bathrooms. But everything there was functional. Taking everything into consideration we would stay there again.

First there was a musty smell to the place, and all the clothes I washed while there still had the smell when we returned home. I had to wash them all again! Second, we found a dead cockroach in the dining room! Yuck!

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to an unforeseen issue at Surf Court 15, we were unable to stay at this property. My review is not on this property, rather it is on the property to where we were relocated, Shorewood 202. I can say, based in our past experience at Surf Court 15, the unit is very tastefully decorated, well maintained, and well equipped. Fortunately, Seashore Vacation management was able to relocate us to another property in the ocean. The folks at Seashore Vacations are a wonderful group of people. They are very responsive to your needs! I will always recommend them to our family and friends.

HHI MEDICAL TREATMENT

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the exception of the last phone call on the last day to the management team, it was some of the worst customer service that I've ever experienced...They were argumentative, dismissive, and unprofessional. We were at HHI for serious medical treatments for my disabled daughter, and it was one thing after began with issues about her MEDICALLY NECESSARY CERTIFIED/TRAINED health service dog (BTW ~ which are illegal to deny), to the inefficient A/C unit (freezing downstairs & hot as Hades upstairs}, which we tried to resolve ourselves (closing vents, opening vents), all to no avail, to the unannounced extensive tree trimming right on top of the bedroom where my daughter needed her sleep and rest. For almost 4 hours there were VERY loud chainsaws & woodchippers, and yelling back & forth by the workers. Our stay was an absolute nightmare. I pray that we never have to rent from this management company ever again.

Good location

Easy walk to beach from condo. Also enjoyed the courtyard and pool. Overall the condo was clean. Items like ceiling fans and baseboards could use some extra attention to remove dust build up. Condo space worked well for family of 5.
