There is also a sleeper sofa as well as a Pack & Play for infants. Come relax in this spacious condo while enjoying great views of the Courtyard & Pool. Large Patio with pool view including patio table with 6 chairs and a gas grill. Surf Court is just 1 block to the beach (5 minute walk) and is also within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza (12-15 minute walk) which offers numerous shops and restaurants. Take advantage of the Trolley pick up spot adjacent to the property and embark on an inexpensive Island adventure to other "Hot Spots" for shopping & dining. This great property is very centrally located and you will want to return year after year.

Restful Days

Great property just wish it was closer to the beach. Bathrooms need grab bars for us older folks. Very clean and nicely renovated and decorated. Great place for two couples.

Beautiful

The location is very close to the beach, maybe a 5 min walk. The pool area was right outside and alway very clean. The condo itself is well decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to make a meal. We will stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable unit. Particularly we liked the fact that the beds were excellent. Recommend putting walk in shower in Master. Old people like us prefer a shower over a bathtub which can create a fall. After the hurricane the grounds crew came in and made the courtyard and pool pristine again. also, all appliances and AC worked which is great resulting in no surprise problems.

Lots of fun things to do when the sun doesn't shine. Overall pretty good. The group above us were very loud and up to all hours of the night. Again just adjust and enjoy

Nice condo, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Court 52. The courtyard and pool area were very nice. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit was nice with ample space for two couples. Everyone we dealt with through the property management was very kind and helpful. Just a couple of notes for cleaning/maintenance; the bathroom rugs could do with a washing. While it's lovely to have nice water pressure in the shower, it came out so hard it was a bit painful. On the day we checked in, we notified the property management that the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken. It was not fixed throughout the week and we jabbed our arms and elbows on the ends sticking out from the vaniety multiple times. Aside from these few small issues, we had a lovely week!

We had to wash and clean before we could us the bed. It was reporeted the day after our arrival.

The facility was quiet and had amenities we wanted. Short walk to the beach , the pool was just a few steps from our door. Negatives included the tp holder in the second master was broken and very difficult to avoid being jabbed in the side. Could use free standing tp holder to avoid bruising.

Excellent Vacation

The unit was ecerything it was advertised as. Very clean. Short walk to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping. Highly recommend! Our first time to Hilton Head, we may be back!
