Picture this… you arrive at The Gunstock Getaway, tucked into a quiet corner of Gunstock Acres, where the air feels crisp and the pace instantly slows. Step inside and the space opens up—roomy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for groups to spread out while still feeling connected.

Mornings come easy here. Soft light filters through the windows, and Lake Winnipesaukee glints through the trees. Coffee is poured, plans come together around the kitchen island, and the day unfolds effortlessly, whether it’s hitting the nearby slopes at Gunstock, heading to the lake, or simply staying in and soaking up the calm.

Inside, there’s something for everyone. Living spaces invite connection, board games on the table, music in the background, laughter moving from room to room. Kids make their way to the bunk room and game area, while adults drift between conversations or step out onto the deck, where seating and a peekaboo lake view make it easy to linger.

As the day winds down, evenings take center stage. Fire up the grill, gather around the table, and let dinner stretch a little longer. Then sink into the hot tub under the stars, or gather around the firepit for stories, s’mores, and that perfect end-of-day glow. Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.

A car is required to get around. Free parking is available on-site in the driveway. Ski areas, beaches, boat launches, restaurants, and entertainment are all within a 5–20 minute drive.

Boat Slip or Boat Launch:
For paid transient slips, guests may contact Fay’s Marina directly; advance contact is recommended. Alternatively, Glendale Marina offers a convenient public boat launch with parking available while in use. Please note this is a launch-only facility, so boats must be launched and removed each time.
