Brand New Build has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, patio by the pond, seating for 8 with a fire table, weber bbq grill , 5 bikes, a big wheel, beach umbrella, beach chairs beach towels, outdoor shower, 3 smart TVs.several Bike trails to the ocean & two pools (east pool is heated during cooler weather) this is a very safe and well maintained beach community. Nice public bathrooms too!
This 4 bedroom Home with 1 King, 2 queens, a full/ twin bunk bed. 2 bathrooms each have a shower and a tub. Dining seats 6-10. Fully equipped kitchen with an Island bar electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, stainless fridge with clean water and duel ice dispenser! Griddle, toaster, a drip coffee maker & coffee&creamers, tea pot, teas,sugars, BBQ grill in the garage.
Guest access
whole house, except some cabinets and 1 front door closet locked for the owners. Also items in the garage can be used by the guests, the bikes, bike baskets, beach chairs, umbrella, bike wagon, beach blankets, beach towels, cooler, bbq grill, please clean after using it.Outdoor shower and hoses. Also keep the grill on the front driveway until new patio is poured in the back yard. We will have a bigger back patio in the near future for the grill. Charcoal is inside the grill.
Other things to note
We are new owners of this new build/ beautiful home. We will be at the property occasionally to check on the house and to stay in the winter months and also between guest stays. We will be adding upgrades as well ! We hope you love this area as much as we do, such a great area to relax and to explore the out doors!
