Booking Policy To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies are respected during your stay: • The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. • Check-in time: 4:00 PM • Check-out time: 10:00 AM • Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted on the property at any time. • Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the cottage. • Guests are required to respect the property’s designated pet-friendly or non-pet friendly status. Require to kept pet on leash and clean up after your pet. • A non-refundable booking fee of $99 plus applicable taxes applies to all reservations. • Smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with both resort policies and individual property rules. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and memorable stay. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is refundable minus the booking fee of $99.00 plus applicable taxes. Final payment is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of the booking. Additional fees & rates are non-refundable. Breakaway Vacations will do their best to accommodate special requests including specific cottages, however, as all cottages are privately owned and Breakaway cannot 100% guarantee specific cottages. If your specific cottage request cannot be met, you will be placed in a cottage that matches as close to your request as possible. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action. If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards a booking on any of the properties managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1-year expiry date from time of original check in date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Second Party Cancellation Policies may differ from this page.
