Thank you for the review. We were especially fascinated by the claim that the home was “filthy,” considering it was professionally cleaned and inspected immediately before your arrival. Apparently our cleaners somehow missed the dramatic layer of imaginary dirt you encountered. We also apologize for the shocking absence of community ketchup, mystery mayonnaise, and half-used salad dressing bottles left behind by previous strangers. Contrary to your expectations, we do not operate a shared-condiment exchange program because most guests — and health-conscious humans in general — prefer not consuming opened food items handled by unknown travelers. This is why most professional vacation rentals do not stock random leftover condiments. We also regret that the property failed to provide luxury-hotel amenities at the discounted $150/night rate in a home that typically rents for well over double that amount. We understand now that a complete spa experience, and royal towel inspection service may have been anticipated. As for the towel with the hole, it has been relieved of duty and will receive the honorable retirement it deserves after surviving what was clearly a deeply traumatic stay. I’m not sure how long your showers are but I have never run out of water- even when the dishwasher and clothes washer is running simultaneously. Furthermore I’m not an accountant - but am not sure where you got your $550 figure from. However at any price this condo is a value and exceptionally clean and equipt. As they say- you can’t please everyone. I think this review is more about the traveler and less about the vacation home. Thankfully, the vast majority of our guests continue to enjoy the home, appreciate its cleanliness and exceptional value of a large vacation home.
