I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear or if you had difficulty reaching us. Regarding the kitchen items, thank you for pointing everything out. I will personally inspect the cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and other kitchen supplies when I return. Based on your feedback, we’ll replace or add any items that are missing, damaged, or no longer in good condition, including the peeling cookware, broken can opener, and anything else that needs attention. We also appreciate you letting us know about the dust and the air conditioner. These items will be checked with our cleaning and maintenance teams so we can improve the experience for future guests.
