Fully renovated 'Barbados'- 3302 Palm Blvd, is a luxury, ocean front home on prestigious Isle of Palms. Perfect for your dream vacation, this home welcomes up to 17 guests.

With 4,100 square feet of luxury space to use, Barbados holds many upgraded amenities that guests will enjoy such as private elevator, gourmet kitchen, custom 50' zero-entry pool, luscious green yard, marble countertops, and stylish, modern furnishings including plush leather couches. A golf cart is available to rent and is located at the home already with an easy to use QR code to start it.

We manage cleaning and maintenance staffs to ensure the highest quality service. Our concierge services can help you organize private chefs, massage therapists and all the best that Isle of Palms has to offer.

--Policy--
We require the first half of your rental amount at the time of booking. The remainder of your rental amount will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 45 days of your intended arrival, full payment is due at booking.

We offer travel insurance to all of our guests through Red Sky. Red Sky specializes in the Isle of Palms area and covers you in the occurrence of a mandatory evacuation, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is 6.95% of your rental cost. Please email for exact cost. We recommend getting travel insurance through us. VRBO/Homeaway will also sell their own version through CSA. We also offer a new kind of travel insurance, called Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian, and is 10.8% of the total. You will be covered for all of the main travel insurance emergencies as well. If you make a claim that falls under the main travel insurance, you will get 100% back (minus premium), but if you decide to cancel for a reason not covered, then you will get 60% back (minus premium)

Each reservation is charged a $1,000 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be run in the week leading up to your arrival, and will be fully refunded within 30 days of your departure after we have inspected the home for any major damages. Sometimes this is done and returned quicker than 30days. This security deposit is not included in your quoted rate on VRBO/Homeaway.

--Cancellation Policy--
We Highly recommend purchasing travel insurance (Red Sky or Cancel for Any Reason through Rental Guardian). If you do not have it or are cancelling for a reason not covered, then our cancellation policy will occur.

1. Red Sky travel insurance- 6.95% of rental total and you get 100% back (minus premium):

-You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they get COVID-19 (or any illness) and prevents you from coming. Any illness that causes cancellation/interruption and has an Attending Physician's Statement evidencing the diagnosis and doctor ordered travel restriction is covered.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they are medically quarantined by a doctor with a letter from the Health Department.

- You, a Family Member, a Traveling Companion, or a Traveling Companion's Family Member are covered if they experience loss of job due to COVID-19 or any other reason (must be employed over a year and can't be self-employed).

-Other covered reasons include, but not limited to- Mandatory evacuation due to Hurricane, injury or death, flight delay due to weather, car accident , extension of school year, and more.

2. Rental Guardian “Cancel for Any Reason”- 10.8% of rental total and you get 60% back (minus premium):

-You can cancel for ANY reason up until 2 days prior to your reservation start date. If you are booking 10days prior to your start date, then you cannot add this insurance.

-If you cancel for a reason covered by the normal travel insurance plan above, like, mandatory evacuation, injury or death, sickness, etc. then, you will still have the normal travel insurance coverage as well and would be paid out at 100% (minus premium).

*Please ask us (Exclusive Properties) about where and how to purchase this CFAR travel insurance.

Our cancellation policy if you do not have Travel Insurance or if you cancel for a reason not covered states:

Guest cancellation must be in writing and balance paid in full. If you cancel your reservation, all monies will be held until the property has been rebooked and confirmed for the same rental period for the same rate. There are NO exceptions. If the property is rebooked for only part of the rental period or for a reduced rate for the reserved days, your deposit will be refunded minus any uncollected rent for the rental period, guest cancellations are subject to a cancellation processing fee of $250, and 10% of the rental. If the property rebooks, you can move your funds (less any discount or unpaid rent) at 100% to dates in the future within 1 year of original check in date. If the property isn't rebooked all monies will be forfeited.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Barbados was our home for the celebration of our 50th Wedding Anniversary. All aspects of the house, and property, exceeded the expectations of our family of eighteen. The house was exceptionally clean, and furnished appropriately for the number of guests. The kitchen was well stocked with extensive cookware and dinnerware. Having two refrigerators, ice maker, microwave, gourmet oven, grill, etc. was very effective in providing cooked meals for the family. The pool and boardwalk access to the beach are in excellent condition. Exclusive Properties and the Barbados were the perfect hosts for a family gathering.

Lovely home!

Management is helpful and very friendly! House was lovely and filled with everything you need. The couches are in need of being replaced but other than that great home!

Anniversary celebration with family

This beautiful house has a 180 degree view of the ocean, with a fire pit and games available. They even had skewers for the marshmallows. We enjoyed the deck in the morning and the shade it provides in the afternoon. It was perfect for us because it is a less than 30 min drive to downtown Charleston with minimal traffic, so some of us could go on tours while others could be on the beach. The beach was not crowded.

fantastic place to stay, great open floorplan, nice beds, great private access to the beach. plus Exclusive properties was right on top of any issues (batteries for tv remote, gee our only issue) would most definitely stay here again......

Barbados Review

Overall, the house was very nice. There was a problem with the ac, but rental company brought in temporary units. If I had any complaint with the home, there were two. The ac unit for the primary bedroom is raised and against the wall and was very noisy. Also, the owner should consider a coating for the back deck, as when it is sunny, it’s blistering hot.

Fabulous family fun at IOP beachfront "Barbados"

This fabulous beachfront home offers it all! Spacious indoor chef kitchen, dining, living spaces as well as everything outdoors; direct beachfront access, pool, putting green, ping-pong, gas grill, dining & poolside lounging. Awesome ocean views and the comfiest night's sleep, too!

40th Anniversary Trip

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barbados! Check in was efficient and the communication with the property management team was excellent. The only issue was an ice maker that wasn't working but it was fixed promptly. Beautiful beach location and the house was very clean, nicely decorated. Easy access to all of the sightseeing opportunities the Charleston area has to offer. Catching several sharks was a highlight. Great family memories made here!

Outstanding Vacation Home

I rate this vacation home as outstanding for two reasons. The first is the home itself. It is a fantastic house and a great location. The condition, cleanliness and usability was over the top. Terrific kitchen, pool, bedrooms, living area and access to the beach. I will return. As to the service by the agent, also over the top. We had a couple minor issues which were dealt with within an hour of a phone call. They were very professional and made sure all information was available and questions answered. We had a great family vacation.

Amazing Time- Amazing Place

As a fellow realtor and previous vacation home renter for numerous years, this was one of our top experiences. From the very beginning with booking our vacation, the rental agency Exclusive Properties, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. When we arrived the process was simple and easy! The home itself was spectacular. It was very clean and was even better than expected. The organized notebook provided answered all of our questions and those we didn’t know we were quickly given the answer. It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy our vacation without having to deal with any issues. Thank you. If you’re looking for a wonderful home on IOP for a large group, this is the one!

80th Birthday/Family Reunion

Beautiful property with multiple views of the ocean. The house is laid out perfectly for larger groups, and the number of guests allowed is spot-on. We had a group of 13 adults and 2 "Littles"-who saw the ocean for the first time! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We didn't have time for a fire pit, but that would have been an excellent way to recap the memories of the day. Outside areas had plenty of chairs for all to enjoy the sunshine. 3 fridges on the property! Elevator worked seamlessly & was a blessing because our party included an elder in a wheelchair (due to a fall the previous week). He had plenty of space to maneuver. We had read reviews & so he rented a narrow chair that would fit in the elevator and through the doorways. Wish we could have stayed longer in "Barbados".

Very nice beach house

This house is very comfortable. It is roomy, laid out well and on the beach. We enjoyed our stay here. The management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Disappointed.

Beware! The pictures of this home do not match its reality. We were looking forward to an ocean front fall break in the fabulous house that was very expensive for the week. Sadly, the house was one disappointment after the other. Every room in this home needs significant attention from mold, to water damage, to broken fixtures, filthy carpet and hardwood floors, area rugs, throw pillows and a sofa that should have been replaced years ago, broken window blinds, doors that are difficult to close due to rubbing and needed adjustments, damaged TVs, an ice maker full of mold and desperate for a cleaning, a stinky refrigerator, a nasty stove griddle that should have been replaced years ago, broken toilet handles, windows that need replacing, multiple burned out or non functioning light bulbs, rotting deck rails, and evidence of water damage and mold in several rooms throughout this home. The rental company was adamant that we not arrive even 10 minutes early so as not to disturb the house cleaners yet we arrived to find food under the sofas and in the cushions. DO NOT use the elevator! It also needs major attention and makes a horrible noise when in use. The pool was NOT clean and we arrived with 3 outdoor trash cans full of trash from previous renters that could not accommodate our trash. The safety rope in the pool delineating the shallow end from the deep end was broken and floating in the pool. Don’t waste your time on the rental company’s towel service. The towels they delivered were frayed at the end, faded, thin and torn. We could have purchased better, cheaper towels at a tourist trap. For the amount of money we paid this home should have been spotless. It is very apparent the pictures in this listing are from a much earlier time. It is also very obvious that the homeowners have ignored this property for a significant amount of time. Pictures of every issue listed above are available and have been shared with the rental company. Do yourself a favor and swipe left.

2021 vacation

We have rented this house (Barbados) on Isle of Palms twice now and are going to reserve it for next year as well. Perfect beach front with a pool, putting green, excellent furnishings and wonderful service from Exclusive Properties. If there was anything we needed it was handled pronto. Great job and we recommend this house to all (except for the week we want to stay there!!) Kevin and Judy Wolman, Atlanta GA.
