Unfortunately, our condo is just nearing final completion and occupancy and cannot accommodate any bookings for 2026 due to a unforeseen delay. However, in the meantime, we are preparing our condo with an updated kitchen and appliances and updated wash. The entire property looks spectacular and I encourage people to revisit the TerraMar building regularly going forward to ensure they have a space in light 2026 and the winter of 2027.

Our Paradise Vacation

Beautiful Beachy, themed Condo, Enjoyed the view and sunsets from lanai. Really felt at home from the second we arrived. Very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Residents of Terra Mar were very welcoming , also great location for beach and restaurants at Santini Plaza. Owners are very easy to work with and get in contact with . Would love to come back . Excellent location! Very nice home.

We were thrilled to get away from the Winter cold and relax in this very nice home. Located on the 7th floor, it provides a wonderful view of the beach with privacy. We slept with the doors to the lanai open to enjoy the sea breeze and sound of the surf. The condo has many niceties like Wifi, full size washer and dryer, cable TV, a printer, comfortable beds, and toys for the pool and beach. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is well stocked. The owner, Mark, is terrific to work with. We look forward to returning!

A fabulous stay on the beach

We arrived at a clean, beautifully decorated condo and immediately opened the sliding doors to enjoy the breeze off the beach....one of my favorite things in life. The view from the 7th floor was spectacular. We didn't lack for anything we needed in the kitchen or anywhere - by the way, great light beach chairs were available which we enjoyed daily. We spent lots of time at the beach and pool with family and friends and enjoyed many good meals at local restaurants - a few within walking distance. Our farthest venture from our home-away-from home was to Everyglades City for an airboat ride (something I've wanted to do for quite some time), and a lovely lunch at the old rod and gun club in Everglades City. On the way back we stopped to see the church and community at Ava Maria college. All in all, a great 2 weeks in Ft. Myers Beach. We spoke to the owners before and during our stay, and they were nothing but friendly, open, and readily available to answer any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone.

Clean, nicely decorated with great view and convenient location

We loved our stay at unit 702, Terra Mar. The condo is clean and the decor is very pleasing with a sort of beach house feel. The view is spectacular from all rooms other than the second bedroom. The lanai is a lovely spot to sit and look out over the gulf or even to sit at night and listen to the surf. Another interesting feature is the lagoon located between the condo building and the beach. I enjoy photography so it was a real bonus to be able to photograph numerous species of birds in the lagoon. The location is ideal with several restaurants, a variety store, gas station, clothing stores, pharmacy, farmer's market and theater all within walking distance. Mark was great to work with to book the condo and was quick to respond with any questions. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back next year.

Great location - beautiful condo

Well equipped condo in a great location. The entire month was hot and sunny - 87* - and the new improved pool area is beautiful. The people there are very friendly and welcoming.

Continue to enjoy TerraMar

Although it's an older building the location to the beach and Santini Plaza makes up for that. We've stayed in the condo for the last few years and are always pleased with the continual upgrades. The owners are very nice and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful place!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 702 Terra Mar. The condo was beautifully appointed and had an excellent view of the gulf! The kitchen was entirely stocked so all we had to do was show up with our swimsuits in tow! With 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, the condo was perfect for our family. We hope to have many more visits there! Thank you so much for a lovely time!

Paradise!

We spent almost a month at the Terra Mar and it was more than we could've hoped for. The unit is located right on the beach with amazing gulf views. With two children 2 and under, going out for meals is next to impossible, so we made use of the generously stocked kitchen. It has all the appliances, cookware and tableware you need. The condo is located in a most convenient spot on the southern part of the island - within walking distance to 7 Eleven, CVS and Santini Plaza directly across the street that hosts many shops, restaurants, and ice cream! The pool was our favourite afternoon pastime, and we enjoyed many hours at the local community centre's pool and playground. Staying at the Terra Mar in Fort Myers beach was truly living in paradise!

Fantastic Getaway!

Beautifully decorated condo, very comfortable & excellent location. Favourite spot - sitting out on the Lanai for breakfast, lunch & in the evenings. Great view & a short walk to the beach. A little cool to swim at the beach so the heated pool was a nice bonus. Very friendly people in the building. Mark & Barb have thought of everything to make this a perfect vacation rental. They provided great information on where to eat & also some things to do. Very good restaurants are just across the road making it very convenient. Also used the trolly for a trip into the downtown with lunch on the dock at Nervous Nellies. So many things to do in this area, but not enough time. Would love to return!! Thanks Mark & Barb for an excellent trip!

Our month in Paradise

Beautiful, comfortable, well- equipped condo. Loved the sound of the waves and the sight of the Gulf. Although it is on the beach, it has all the amenities - restaurants, show, grocery store, small shops, very close by. Also, the people in the building are very friendly and helpful. Great holiday.

Great stay!

We can definitely recommend the apartment after enjoying a two and a half week stay in December 2013. The location is great; close to a quiet and beautiful section of the beach, next to convenience stores and restaurants. The area is well suited for walking or bicycling and the day-to-day need for a car is limited. The apartment is tastefully decorated and offers unobstructed view to stunning sunsets from the balcony. We found everything we needed and the apartment is spacious enough to accommodate at four persons easily and six if you don't mind sleeping on the sleeping couch (which we also used for a shorter period). The owners were nothing but friendly. We received information before we arrived and the owner was helpful and quickly got back to us with any questions we had during our stay. Overall the apartment is a great choice for anyone considering a relaxed vacation around Fort Myers or South West Florida. We would love to come back!

Family Vacation Gem

Our family of 4 rented this 2br Gulf front condo on the 7th floor in July of 2012. It has an unobstructed direct view of the Gulf of Mexico where the sound of the waves will ease you into a deep sleep each night. The proximity of the condo on Ft Myers Beach is fantastic as you can literally just park your car for the week if you choose and either walk to great restaurants or take the trolly bus outside your front door for a couple of bucks downtown for a little faster pace of shopping and more restaurants. 7-11 is at the base of the condo for your morning coffee and paper or to reload that cooler of beer for the pool or beach. The pool area is perfect for the kids to splash around while mom and dad enjoy the sun and a beverage or 2 while relaxing (no stuffy rules here). Directly across the street is a plaza with fast food (Subway), 2 or 3 pizza joints and a combination of pub style food, mexican, seafood or more formal sit down options. Other owners in the building were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and local secrets to enhance our stay. Looking forward to our next visit ASAP!!

GREAT Getaway!

We had a wonderful time at your condo in August!! It was only 4 days but it was the perfect getaway for just the 2 of us. You have a beautiful condo in a great location on Fort Myers Beach! We can't wait to take the kids back so we can all enjoy it together. And we'd love to stay longer next time! :)
