We were very impressed with the details that the owners provided. Make up washcloths, Keurig pods, eye masks and umbrellas were some of the extras provided. The house is tastefully decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget and appliance you can think of. We were only there for one quick evening but we all said we’d book again. The ease to downtown Southern Pines was incredible!! Loved our stay!!

Amazingly great cottage within a short walk into downtown Southern Pines. Very clean and renovated. The owners are very nice, return messages and are accommodating!! This was my second stay. I’ll be back again!!

Great bedrooms and bathrooms for my three college age sons who were in town visiting. Plenty of room to sit and visit within the home. Within walking distance of everything in town so they didn't have to worry about driving after having a beer or two. I would book again without hesitation.

We loved our stay! The house was perfectly located to walk downtown for me and my husband enjoyed all of the areas golfing. The house was pet friendly making an amazing trip to bring our dog on. We cannot say enough how much fun we had and how perfect this house was.

By far the most refreshing stay I've had somewhere. My husband and I agree the beds were the most comfortable in any vrbo we've stayed in. Plus its a quiet location and located about a block off from all the shops. We had an amazing time.

The location was great. We were looking for a property close to activities and walkable area for us and our dog. I golfed in the Southern Pines area and property was close to the courses I played. The host made check-in very convenient and provided all needed information.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-week stay at Corner Cottage in September 2026. The house was well appointed, tastefully furnished, and clean. The bathrooms felt fresh and thoughtfully finished, and both the air conditioning and heat worked well.The kitchen had everything we needed for a longer stay, including a wok, pans, and mixing bowls. We also appreciated the salt, spices, and oils. The house guidebook covered the essentials and offered excellent tips for enjoying the area, and Bob and Suzanne were quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is hard to beat: an easy walk to downtown Southern Pines, the park, and the Saturday farmers market, with Southern Pines Golf Club close by. We felt right at home.

Lovely, spotless, and roomy Southern Pines home/cottage with wonderful, responsive hosts who seem to have thought of everything we might need. Excellent communication. The cutest property that was so well supplied right down to the K cups for the Keurig. A very short walk to a great downtown area with restaurants and stores. Can highly recommend driving or walking to Reds Corner for a fun evening out, especially if you all have different food wishes.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at this charming cottage. My friend and I absolutely loved every item at the cottage. Incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, toys and water/food bowls for dogs, big back yard, big deck in the backyard. A great walking location to all the shops and restaurants within two blocks or so. It was too soon for me to leave. I loved it all. Highly, highly recommend!!

Such a cozy cottage. Excellent location just footsteps away from the downtown Southern Pines area. You can literally walk everywhere! Inside the cottage is quite spacious with 3 nice bedrooms. The interior is all recently redone with all the modern conveniences. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Everything was great. Just wished I knew they had a Keurig and not a regular coffee maker. We bought fresh ground coffee. Hope to stay there again. It was lovely.

The house was beyond our expectations. Perfect for a family with dogs. The hosts had everything for our pets: blankets, bowls, and even a leash. House had everything we needed and the location was fabulous. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants downtown. Perfect neighborhood for taking the dogs for a walk. Definitely going back when we are in the area.
