Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback and some constructive criticism that was well received. I'm a little confused by your comment stating "the unit 2 units don't connect". Perhaps you overlooked it, but If you walk straight back through the kitchin where you'll find the stairwell that connects all of the units in the building. If you have any more misconceptions like this with future please don't be afraid to reach out to them and ask questions I would have gladly answered all your questions and showed where the stairwell is located. I guess hearing this helps make sense of your other comment about me suggesting that you use the door on the other unit as temporary and immediate measures to get inside. I apologize because I wasn't aware that you didn't know the units were connected by a stairwell in the back. I guess with you not knowing that And with that lock malfunctioning late at night means you only had access to one half of the building. Again this just reinforces how critical communication is. Not only in a timely manner but also making sure you ask the right question, and letting your host know if something not adding up or making sense to you. So we can get everything sorted and insure we're all on the same page. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope that you come back again in the future so we can make up for your last experience.
