Grand Beach Resort is ideally located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores, Alabama. It's within walking distance of the Gulf State Park and its fishing pier, making it a great choice for beach lovers and those who appreciate the outdoors. Guests staying at Grand Beach Resort can enjoy the use of an outdoor pool, a poolside gazebo, a sun deck, and a hot tub. The complex also boasts convenient access to unique shopping establishments and fine dining options.
This spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo at Grand Beach Resort can comfortably accommodate six guests. The interior has been freshly painted, and it features a new sleeper sofa, a queen bed in the master bedroom, as well as a bunk nook, making it suitable for families and groups. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and provides a relaxing setting for your beach vacation

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and each must be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes, accommodating a maximum of 2 cars.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Maximum 6 Adults.
No Smoking.
No Pets. Please note that the association does not allow pets, except for service animals with prior approval.

Monthly "Snowbird" Rates: If you're planning an extended stay during the winter months, please give us a call for monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!

Great location!

I thought this was a great location! It was right across the street from the beach. It had plenty of room for my family. We also really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach!

A Grand Time

We enjoyed our stay! The condo, pool, hot tub, and resort was clean and matched the online description. The check in and out process was effortless. My only complaint is the beds were not the most comfortable, but we made it work.

It was a nice, quite, well maintained place.

This was a very last minute booking. I prefer to be right on the beach. That being said this place has great beach views even though it is across the road. In front of this building is state park land so it will always have beach views. The room and grounds were extremely clean.

We decided to take this trip at the last minute and as always ...those trips are always the best! I've never been to Gulf Shores, but my husband has and we both loved our stay at this condo. Can't wait to visit again soon! The weather was perfect! The condo was very comfortable. The view was nice ... & we miss our morning breakfasts so much overlooking the beach! Hope to return in the fall!

Great view but needs an update

We loved this place and it could use an update but 2 major factors cause it to be 3 stars or below:- Beds and couch are wore out. Replacement is required. I would suggest taking air mattresses if you stay here as there is no support in the beds.- The patio door was broken and had been for some time. My kids would get stuck out there and could not get back in. This needed to be on an immediate repair order.- Not that it was a big deal but the patio plastic furniture (cheapest Walmart style) was faded and worn out. Really needs to be updated as the view is amazing and would be a great place to hang out.Overall facility was being repaired but we had no issues and the pool was great.

Good place for the price

Check in needs to catch up to 2022. Had to go all the way across town to pick up the keys and then back there to drop them off at the end of our stay. Don’t understand why the owner does not invest in a $50 entry keypad to eliminate the hassle. Other than that the stay was nice. Great place if your not looking to spend a lot. Condo complex is dated and could use some TLC but worked fine for us.Beach is across the street and a little bit of a tough walk through the 100+ yard walk. Pool was great! Never was busy. Hot tub could definitely be turned up. Felt cold at night. Overall I was pleased except for the check in and check out process.

Great Family Trip

We really enjoyed our trip! The walk to the beach was easy with two boys 5 and 7. The view from the balcony was nice and we liked that the table outside seated 4. The boys loved the bunk beds and said they were comfy. The room was very clean throughout but it was comforting knowing we had the housekeepers number if there had been any issue. There were a couple minor inconveniences. The blinds were broken to where you couldn’t block the sun out in the morning. The smart tv wouldn’t allow us to watch anything on Netflix. It seemed to be more of a WiFi issue. Cable worked fine though. Nothing that put a damper on our trip though. We really, really enjoyed it and would stay again!

Price not worth it after fees.

The fees for this condo dramatically increased our rates. This is a 4th floor condo - which isn't mentioned. We were not provided with any soap (dish, hand laundry) or trash bags. Other condo rentals we have stayed at provided these things - plenty of them. For the cost we could have stayed at a hotel and have had these things +breakfast provided. The couch and bedspreads were stained / dirty, decor was broken, pillows were torn and the room smelled like smoke when the neighbors would smoke. They advertise fresh paint - but we could see holes in the wall and ceiling repair patches. The pantry / cabinets were full of various kitchen items - which left little room for groceries. Thankfully we planned on eating out or we wouldn't have had room. People were loud at the pool well past the pool closing time. I tried calling the management company for assistance- they said they'd contact housekeeping about the soaps - we never heard back. They offered a repairman - but I am not sure how he would fix a majority of the issues - especially the cleanliness issues. The location was good - we were close to many attractions. The beach was nice, not super busy - we did have to cross a 4 lane highway to get there, but it wasn't terrible. We thought this looked like a nice family friendly condo - but it was not comfortable and did not appear to be well kept. It was a little tight for our family of 4 ( 2 adults - 3 yr old and 6 yr old). I did like the bunk beds in the hall so we were close to the kids. We enjoyed Gulf Shores, the beach and the local attractions - next time we will stay in a hotel or a different condo. The reviews for this one were very misleading.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this condo! Plenty of room for a small family. Extremely close walk to the beach, nice pool and hot tub as well! The grounds keepers and neighbors are all extremely friendly :-) I would recommend!

Fantastic

This has got to be one of the best vacations! The condo was absolutely perfect in every way! I will most definitely come back and stay here again. Clean, great view, close to beach, you name it! Definite 10/10!!!!!

Nice location

Nice view of the beach. Convenient location. Easy beach access. We liked that the building was at the end of the business strip where the beach is less crowded. The condo is located right across from the elevators. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. There were literally piles of sand in the bathroom when we arrived and the bunk beds had sand on top and all in the sheets making me wonder if they were even clean. Otherwise, this was a great place for our family.

Overall a great deal and location

Room was right across the street from the beach. Great location and very close to everything! The room was nice with an amazing view. However, the rollout couch was broken. We rigged it ourselves and contacted the property management. They came while we were gone but never contacted us or let us know what the plan was. I reached back out and they said they were looking for a replacement couch but until then they dropped off a blow up mattress (which was very tiny). We made due. Then the dryer stopped working. When maintenance called they asked me to try again. It started back up but it continued to quit. We went home with wet clothes. But all in all it was a good place and we had an amazing trip!!

Great condo!

We loved this condo. There were 3 adults and 3 children and we were not crowded. The photos and description accurately described this condo. The view was terrific. Visitors should definitely go to Lambert's and Lulu's.
