The cabin is suitable for up to eight guests looking for a cozy mountain getaway. The layout has been specifically designed to inspire relaxation and interaction. It features two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and one lofted bedroom. The spacious living room, dining, and kitchen area gives guests plenty of space to unwind. Relax with your morning cup of coffee on the wrap around deck.

Is the Riverside Retreat a good place for children?

Yes! We`ve had serval families stay with us and they`ve found it to perfect for children. The two level layout gives everyone plenty of space to unwind and enjoy privacy. The open concept living room and kitchen setup provide ample entertaining space. You`ll be able to use the wrap around deck for play and relaxation. The washer and dryer also comes in handy so you can keep the kids dressed to impress.

Can we cook at the cabin?

You`ll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. We stock our kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils. If you`re unsure about what we might have, ask us. The kitchen boasts a stove and oven, which will give you the ability to whip up a beautiful brunch.

We provide a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave.

Is the fireplace functional?

Oh yes! It`ll keep you warm on the coldest of nights. It`s a gas fireplace so only a lighter is necessary to keep the mountain vibes flowing.

Should I bring linens or towels?

Nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens for all beds. We wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We`ll also make sure there`s plenty of towels.

We reserve the right to charge the security deposit for any damaged or missing items inside or outside the house.

We reserve the right to charge the security deposit if the maximum occupancy of 8 is exceeded at any time during your stay.

Quiet hours start at 10 p.m. Disruptive noise after 10 p.m. can result in loss of security deposit and eviction.

We reserve the right to charge the security deposit if smoking of any kind takes place inside the house. We charge the security deposit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to charge the security deposit if guests bring pets to the property.

It`s the law in Big Bear that vacation rental guests must remove their trash and bring it to one of the trash disposal stations. The closest one is located at 41974 Garstin Dr. Big Bear Lake, 92315. Failure to remove trash will result in a $150 charge or $25 per bag, whichever is higher

Guests must wash all dishes for sanitary reasons. If guests fail to wash dishes, we reserve the right to charge the security deposit.

We understand you`d like to spend as much time at the property as possible. We reserve the right to charge the security deposit if guests check-in before the specified check-in time and stay past the stipulated check-out time.

Outdoor fires of any kind are illegal in Big Bear. Evidence of an outdoor fire will result in loss of security deposit.
