🎿❄️Location, Location Location! Our large "Family Friendly" home is located just 2 minutes from Snow Summit Ski Resort and just a couple streets away from the Lake. Our custom built home was built to accommodate large families or groups and everything was purchased new in 2016 when we rebuilt our home. We supply all the 🧻️, sheets, towels, cookware, dishes and every appliance you can imagine. Leave the crib and highchair 🍼 at home because we have one you can borrow during your stay.

🎱🏓🎯Large living spaces to relax and enjoy your vacation. We have a regulation billiards table, a ping pong, take a dip in our 8 person private outdoor Jacuzzi, relax in the large dry sauna, play Foosball in the bunk room, have cozy fires in the 2 fireplaces, check your e-mails with the free WiFi, watch a movie on one of the 5 Smart TV's📺 (with free Spectrum Silver cable service📡), enjoy a soak in the Jacuzzi tub in the Master bathroom and let the kids enjoy snow play and sledding in the fenced backyard.

🧸️🛌💤We have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and beds for 16 people. The downstairs front bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There is a bathroom with a shower right next to this bedroom. The downstairs back bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a Twin Futon and a Twin roll-away bed. There is a powder room inside this room. The Game room has a Queen sleeper sofa. The front Family room can sleep 2 adults on the sofa. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a Full sized sleeper sofa, can sleep 4 and has a Stunning Master bathroom. This bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The upstairs Bunk room has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds, 2 Twin trundle beds and can sleep 6. There is also a bathroom next to the Bunk room with a shower and a tub🧼️.

🫕🧑‍🍳The Kitchen is set up for a gourmet cook with everything you need to make a memorable meal. We have supplied dishes and silverware for 18+ guests. There are granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, gas range and a convection oven. We also supply a Keurig coffee and traditional coffee makers ☕️, waffle maker, crock pot, ice cream maker, rice cooker, popcorn machine 🍿and many other small appliances. I love to cook so our kitchen is truly a gourmet chefs dream! There is a large 4 burner propane BBQ 🍻on the front deck.

🛷☃️The fenced backyard has a small bunny hill which is great for kids to sled on while the parents can sit in the Jacuzzi 👙 and watch the kids play.

For the security of our home and guests, we have a monitored security system with exterior cameras and a Ring doorbell. Cameras are monitored by our alarm company for emergency purposes only.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit 16 guests

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard at ANYTIME. Cars parked in the street will be towed at the owners expense.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, 4 cars are allowed to park on our driveway. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 4 and is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and Jacuzzi use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time the Jacuzzi must remain closed and locked.

NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY!

Take trash to dumpster locations when you checkout.

Trash must to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

💰 FINES 💰

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Fines are written directly to the violating guest.

Eviction

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations are issued to the undersigned.
