Welcome to Our Heart's Desire, your perfect mountain getaway nestled between the excitement of Wisp Ski Resort and the beauty of Deep Creek Lake. This charming vacation rental offers the best of both worlds—located just a short walk from the slopes and only minutes from shopping, dining, and lake activities.

This beautifully appointed home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and central air for year-round comfort. The main floor boasts an inviting open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace and TV—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Step outside the living room to the deck where you'll find a gas grill and outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying fresh mountain air. Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with a full bed. The lower level includes one bedroom with a queen bed and another gathering room with a sleeper sofa and a desk area for those who may need to catch up on work or just enjoy a quiet space. Outside the lower level, unwind in the private hot tub after a day of fun. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring the lake, or simply relaxing with loved ones, Our Heart's Desire offers everything you need for a memorable and rejuvenating stay.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 2; garage access is not available
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *All cancellations will incur a non-refundable processing fee*
