Ski-in/ski-out access approximately 185 yards to end of parking lot via 'Down Under' trail. Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resortās website.
Lake access located along Marsh Hill Rd. No Dock Slip.

Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.
