THE SPACE

This home is built for comfortable entertaining. You get 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms—enough space so everyone has their own retreat. The open-concept living area features smart TVs, plenty of natural light, and furnishings designed for both comfort and style. Full air conditioning throughout keeps everyone cool year-round.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Five thoughtfully designed bedrooms sleep 8 guests total: four King beds (one in the primary suite with its own en-suite bathroom), one single bed, and one full bed plus single bunk combination. Two full bathrooms and a half-bath are fully stocked with plush towels and essentials. Each bedroom features walk-in closets and balcony access, so you can step outside and breathe in the morning air.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is a chef's dream—stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cooking basics you need to prepare meals for a group. An expansive dining table seats everyone for family meals, or take dinner outdoors to the patio for lakeside dining with a view. Whether you're planning a casual breakfast or a special celebration dinner, this kitchen makes it easy.

The backyard is your private paradise. A sparkling pool sits alongside a firepit lounge area—perfect for evening gatherings and s'mores under the stars. Outdoor furniture and a dedicated dining space let you enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner al fresco. Water access and a private canoe are yours to enjoy, so you can paddle out and explore at your own pace. The pool is included with your stay; optional heating is available for $25/day with advance notice (the heater typically takes 24-30 hours to warm the water).

You're perfectly positioned between nature and city life. Downtown West Palm Beach is just 10 minutes away, as is beach access—ideal if you want to explore beyond your private slice of paradise. Five dedicated parking spots mean everyone's covered for parking. Self check-in via secure keypad entry keeps things simple. WiFi keeps you connected if you need it. Laundry facilities are available in-home, and mid-stay cleaning can be arranged if you'd like extra support during longer stays. Pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs, 45 lbs max; $75-$300 pet fee applies, and pets must stay off furniture).

Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front entrance and patio/pool area for everyone's safety and security—no interior cameras are present. If anything breaks during your stay, just let us know promptly.

Lost & Found Policy:
Please double-check the property before checkout to ensure you have all of your belongings. While we are not responsible for items left behind, we will do our best to assist with locating and returning found items when possible.
Guests are responsible for arranging and covering all shipping or pickup costs. Priority assistance is given to essential items such as passports, IDs, wallets, keys, medications, phones, laptops, and other valuable electronics.
Found items may be held for up to 14 days, subject to storage availability. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period. Please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery or return of lost items.
