Free parking is available in front of the Spectrum Resort clubhouse, about a 7-minute walk from the property. For your convenience, you may temporarily park directly in front of the building for up to 15 minutes to unload luggage or pick up/drop off guests.

Publix, Target, CVS, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops are just 5–10 minutes away.

Rideshare Friendly:

Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Reunion and surrounding areas. Reunion also offers internal shuttle service (subject to availability) for access to resort amenities.

On Foot or Bike:

Enjoy walking paths, playgrounds, and beautiful landscaping throughout the resort—perfect for an evening stroll or morning jog.

Important Information for Your Stay

Housekeeping:

At check-in, the unit will be sparkling clean and fully stocked with fresh linens, toiletries, and towels, thanks to our professional cleaning service. While daily housekeeping isn't included, you can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.

Shipping Packages:

If you plan to ship items via Amazon, FedEx, or other carriers, please note that all packages will be delivered to the clubhouse, not to the house. This is outside of our control, and there is a mandatory $15 handling fee for all packages.

Pet Policy:

Bringing your furry friend? We're happy to accommodate up to 2 dogs (within our insurance policy's accepted breeds) for a $175 pet fee. Please keep your pets leashed outside, never leave them unattended in the home unless crated, and clean up after them. Woof woof!

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your stay, especially since Hurricane Season in Florida runs from June 1st to November 30th. Refunds will follow Airbnb’s policy at the time of your booking.

Respect the Property:

Remember, you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Treat the space with care. If any issues arise, we'll do our best to address them promptly, but please note that no one lives on site 24/7. Notify us immediately with any concerns so we can resolve them quickly.

No Parties Allowed

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, parties are strictly prohibited. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged for any violations or reported parties. Thank you for your understanding!
