Enjoy the convenience and privacy of having two separate living spaces within one spacious cottage. Upstairs, you`ll find two cozy bedrooms that can sleep 6 guests comfortably. Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, perfect for accommodating 6 more guests. This charming cottage is the perfect option for larger groups or families traveling together, providing enough room for everyone to have their own space. With its open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities, this cottage offers a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. Located in a picturesque area, you can also enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature while relaxing on the outdoor patio. Our house rules are indicated below, please review them carefully, as we set out strict measures for all rules listed. Thank you!`
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends.
3. No smoking on the property, including outside. If you must smoke, please find another location to smoke.
4. Pets must be registered.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
6. We do a towel count and bed sheet count prior to you checking in. Kindly ensure none is taken out of the property.
7. Sheets and/or towels should not be stained. We understand there is normal wear and tear, but guest should do their utmost to keep towels and sheets the way they found them.
8. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we are able to accommodate without double booking. Our cleaners are on tight schedules
9. All guests per night must be registered. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
10. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
11. Please do not damage/take or loose anything on the property. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind during your stay. We will not be held responsible for lost/ misplaced or stolen items.
12. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
13. Turn off all lights when not in use.
14. If there is any maintenance issue, please contact us so we can send someone to fix it.
15. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose off all garbage inside the unit to the outdoor bins.
16. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes are to be disposed off properly and up to city regulations.
17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
18. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
19. Our time of operation is Monday-Sunday from 9 AM-1:30 AM EST, and our check-in time is between 4 PM-11 PM
20. There should be an outer glass/storm door before the first door (where you need to enter a code). Please DO NOT lock this door as our guests in the basement unit will have no way of getting into the property. If you do lock the door preventing other guests from entering, you will cover any costs for refunds or cancellations.
