Ocean Breeze Villas offers 3 pools, an onsite tennis court along with natural landscaping and lagoon views. This unit comes with our "HH Island Rentals Advantage" which provides four beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach towels for your stay.

The Space:
Just in time for the summer season this new to the rental market, 3 bedroom 3 bath villa, is tastefully decorated in a beach vibe. With an open floor plan everyone is part of the gathering. The spacious living area features comfortable seating for your entire group with a large flat screen to stream your favorite shows. The open concept kitchen features upgraded appliances and a dining table that will easily accommodate 6 guests. On the main level, there is also a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs on the second level, the main bedroom boasts a large suite with a king sized bed, attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo, and a double sink vanity. The second guest bedroom upstairs also has an attached ensuite with e tub/shower combo, and a twin day bed with a trundle to easily accommodate two guests.

The Ocean Breeze Treetops complex features three swimming pools (open April 1 to September 30- not heated), a tennis court and is located just a short walk from the beach. Located just about 1/2 mile from Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza with shops, restaurants and entertainment, and the recently developed Low Country Celebration Park, all of these locations are an easy walk from the Villa. The leisure trails of Hilton Head offer great walking and biking access to the entire Island and are located just outside the complex.

With an electronic smart lock, there is no need to pick up keys anywhere and you will be provided with directions and your access code approximately one week before your arrival. With our complimentary beach chairs, beach cart and beach towels. there is no need to pack or rent those items. We can also provide Pack n Plays and high chairs on request for no additional charge.

Complimentary high speed internet and cable tv are also provided at no additional cost.
