Beautifully decorated and yet comfy and welcoming. Just a short five minute walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches via Beach Access 45, puts you away from the crowds and on the sand in about ten minutes on foot. Full sized washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen are just some of the extra bonuses with this property.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes are included to explore the miles of Seapines bikes paths, many with low intensity lighting for riding safely at night. Harbour Town or the South Beach Village are just 1 1/2 miles away. Guided horseback rides go into the 600 acre forest preserve from Seapines Lawton riding stables--free petting zoo for all ages. The rear area bridge over the lagoon ends in a well maintained practice putting green. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina.
