Regarding temperature, the thermostat is professionally set to maintain a comfortable range, and guests are always welcome to request adjustments. Extra blankets are stored in the bedroom closet and were available during your stay. Our cleaning team follows strict protocols, and the home was cleaned prior to your arrival. If any issue had been brought to my attention, I would have immediately sent the cleaner back to address it. You did not report any cleanliness concerns during your stay. Supplies such as coffee and toilet paper are stocked according to Airbnb standards, and additional items are provided upon request. At no point was a request made. It is important to note that you departed early by choice, and while no refund was warranted per VRBO policy, I remained professional and responsive throughout your stay. I value respectful communication and take pride in maintaining a well-reviewed property. While I wish your stay had been more positive, I cannot overlook the inaccuracies in this review.
