Welcome to Toccoa River Cabin!

This lovely cabin has an idyllic location on 5 acres of beautiful woodland with 1000 ft of frontage on the Toccoa river! You only have to walk down to the river with a fishing rod to cast for trout! The location is secluded, but not isolated, and is an outstanding place to unwind! Peaceful relaxation is easy with the solitude, a campfire, and the sound of the Toccoa river in the background! In addition to the superb fishing, the cabin is a wonderful location for enjoying the fall colors of North Georgia!

It is an excellent base camp for bicycling & hiking. There are innumerable road & gravel bicycle routes in the area, all of which are easily accessible from the cabin! There are many outstanding local hiking options and a 20-minute drive gives you access to the Appalachian Trail at 3 different locations: Woody's Gap, Gooch Gap or Coopers Gap! Truly an outstanding, unique, and relaxing North Georgia property!

The well-equipped kitchen may be compact, but it’s thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to whip up hearty home-cooked meals—whether it’s a steaming pot of chili after a day of hiking or a fresh breakfast before setting out to explore.

After a day of fly-fishing in the Toccoa River, hiking nearby trails, or simply soaking in the mountain air, unwind in the full bathroom with hot water—perfect for soothing tired muscles. Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels.

If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use.
