A most excellent place to stay. We felt very comfortable and at home while there. The host was communicative when needed and very accommodating to any request we made. The guest house is in a very nice, quiet residential area and perfectly maintained. All the amenities necessary were provided. Loved it and will book the same place again when back in the Charlotte area.

We’re sorry to hear that our exterior security cameras caused any discomfort. They are in place for the safety and security of our guests and property. To be emphatically clear, there are no cameras or recording devices of any kind inside the Guest House. All cameras are located outdoors and record only exterior areas of the property. Very quiet neighborhood. Felt very secure. Felt as comfortable as being home. Would definitely seek this property in the future. Feels like something grandparents would prepare for you. You would never bother with a five star hotel if this is available. We were going to be driving so we didn't pay attention if the area was walk able to restaurants and things. Be sure to check with host if that is important, they are very thorough. Definitely felt safe to walk around the neighborhood for exercise.

What I enjoy most is the calm, safe vibe—it is the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. Whether guests are visiting for business, family, or a weekend getaway, this neighborhood gives you space to breathe while keeping you connected to the best restaurants, parks, and attractions Charlotte has to offer.
