We have stayed at Kristine‘s beautiful condo multiple times in recent years and have never been disappointed. The condo is gorgeous, the large outside deck is beautifully landscaped, and the location cannot be beat.Kristine also is wonderful to work with-she is receptive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

This property is very well appointed. Exceptionally clean. Located very well.We felt very much at home. And everything we needed was at our finger tips.We would love to stay here again. Hopefully the weather will cooperate next time and we will get to use the absolutely beautiful patio area.We highly recommend this property.Communication with Kristine was always timely, helpful, and pleasant.

We were so happy with our stay here. It is definitely one of the nicest rentals we have come across, and we have visited every year for the past 20 years. It’s a great location on Bradford St, one block from Commercial St., with a parking spot right outside the front door. The house was so nicely decorated with local artwork, so clean, and with so much attention to detail. It really had so many amenities, and we didn’t even take advantage of the outside yard and grill. Kristine was lovely and very prompt with any communications. She even had a very thorough Welcome Packet, explaining all the inns and outs about the house. So glad we found this gem.

Beautiful condo and a great location.

We have stayed at Kristine‘s condo on multiple occasions and we appreciate it more each time. Beautifully maintained with every amenity imaginable in a great location.

This was a spectacular place. In particular, the wrap-around patio was a special surprise. All of the appointments and features were amazing. We felt both at home and pampered at the same time. Thanks for such a great stay!!!

The good: this home is in a perfect location for enjoying Provincetown. It is extremely well-apppointed and has a truly lovely back yard area.The bad: Kristine has a LOT of rules about how to maintain her home to her standards: no outdoor shoes, no rolling suitcases, you have to wash the beach towels if you use them, etc. When we asked for an extra blanket and pillow, she accused us of having extra people staying at the property and informed us there were adequate pillows and blankets for 4 people, rather than accommodating our simple request. Her rigidity created an unpleasant dynamic that made our stay unnecessarily stressful. Although the property was centrally located and well-maintained, we would not rent this property again.

Fantastic Stay in Ptown

We can’t say enough positive things about the rental, location, host, etc. What a perfect place to stay in Ptown. We enjoyed the beach, biking, and kayaking. Really fantastic.

Perfect Ptown Getaway

The accommodations were excellent and everything you need is provided including two bikes. The patio is a great space to hang out with friends.

Wonderful Stay

Great condo BUT the bathroom with the raised sink is so inconvenient- hardly any space around the sink and the water goes everywhere so the while counter is soaked, no matter how hard we try to keep it dry.

Great stay!

This property was exactly as advertised. It’s in a great location, in that it’s a quick walk to downtown and yet a very peaceful retreat. Kristine’s attention to detail, in both communication about the unit and what she’s done with the unit, make it feel like home. This is a great place to stay while in Provincetown.

Home away from home in Ptown!

What an incredible stay! When the owners say "we have tried to think of everything you may need on vacation", they mean it! The property was well appointed and decorated, in a great location central to everything we do in Provincetown, and meticulously maintained both inside and out. I look forward to returning and would absolutely stay here again!

Another great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Kristine's property for a second time. It is a perfectly stocked home, in a great location & the new room in the basement is fantastic! Kristine also checks in & ensures that folks are enjoying the property - which is always appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Birthday celebration in P-town

We were in the heart of P-town with easy access to Commercial Street and a variety of restaurants, galleries and shops. The property was lovely—beautiful outdoor space and garden, and comfortable and well -appointed living spaces.

Perfect in every way

We had a wonderful 7 night stay in June. It’s a very well appointed house with everything you need. The location was perfect with everything within easy walking distance. Kristine was the perfect host, very generous in providing everything you need, keeping in touch and providing great advice. Great value for PTown.

Beautiful condo

We have stayed at Kristine‘s condo multiple times And feel that this is the best property that we have ever stayed at. The condo is beautiful; the deck is Huge with gorgeous landscaping; the location is ideal; and Kristine is an absolute delight to work with. We can hardly wait until the next time that we stay here.
