VILLA WHITNEY (private pool)

Great 2 bedroom newly renovated private pool villa near prestigious Lamai beach (just few mins walk). Also famous Baunti-like Silver Beach (the best beach on Samui) is just about 2 km away. There are only 4 villas around and the atmosphere of serenity is here. But the buzzing life with shopping and restaurants is just in few steps. Welcome and take your children with you. The location is very calm and safe as it is only 4 other villas around with good neighbors. It's a little up to the hill overlooking the deep jungles and not every Thai person knows there are houses in that place. And this is perfect as it is still very close (just 5-10 mins walk) to the buzzing island life - shopping, wet market, restaurants, beaches and night life. Big Tesco supermarket is very near. Banks, 7eleven and Family Mart are down the road. Lamai Beach (15 mins walk), Silver Beach (about 2 km, 3 mins ride) Multiple restaurants at the beaches of Lamai and along the road. One of the biggest supermarkets Tesco Lotus is in 10 mins walk. One of the main island roads behind the villa connects Lamai beach and Maenam beach on the north of the island through the mountains with meautiful scenery.

The Villa of 200 has 2 bedrooms both air conditioned on the 2nd floor each with double bed and private bathroom. The Master bedroom has also a big bath tube and kids bed. An open studio space with kitchen and living room is on the first floor overlooking the private 3x6 meters private pool, max depth - 160 cm. You can enjoy the pool swim even at night as the pool light is on in the evening. The garden is opposite the pool and has 2 modern sunbeds and outdoor shower. The territory is fenced. Please keep the fence doors locked.

Green surroundings and jungles, serenity, but still near the buzzy area to feel the island spirit which is so near. To get to the nearest beach of Lamai will take you about 15 mins walk or 3 mins ride on a bike. By Sundays the Lamai area starting 6PM near the wet market and to the beach side on the main street of Lamai is becoming a Night Market with all the food, cooks, fruites, beverages, souvenirs, shopping and performances. You can try everything for a very chep prices. Don't forget to keep your stomack empty bofore going there as there are too many food to try. The night market and main street of Lamai is just in 10 mins walk or 2 mins bike ride. The Lamai Walking street with bars, clubs and shoppes is in 5 mins bike ride. The Chaweng Walking Street is in 10-15 mins bike ride. You can go there to enjoy huge shopping. The Festival Mall or in small boutiques along the walking street are the best choises. Or go there just to dance in the famous clubs and to have fun at the Cabaret shows.

There are no any public transportation to another locations on the island except "tuk-tuk". The taxies are very often to meet. But the advice is to rent a bike or a car for your stay. So you will be able to moove freely to any point at any time. Almost everybody on the island ride a bike.

The house water tanks (at the basement) is to be filled each 4-5 days with delivered water which is the most clearest on the island. To order the water please ask the house keeper or call the phone number provided by him. It takes 30 mins to deliver the water. For the laundry service please ask a house manager about it or call the phone number provided in the house. The laundry service is available at 50 THB charge per 1 kg. A personal cooker (chef) assistance is available for a charge of 500 THB per hour (plus cost of food + 20% if you don't buy it yourself).

Upon request you can order:
- an additional house cleaning with bed linen change and laundry service - 2500 THB;
- a personal cooker (chef) for a charge of 500 THB per hour (if the chef buys food - the cost of food + 20%);
- the laundry service for a charge of 50 THB per 1 kg;
- airport or ferry-piers transfer services for a charge of 600 THB per each way;
- bikes and cars for rent;
- island excursions (Anghton Marine Park, Tao, Phangan, Samui Jeep Safari, 2-days Peninsula excursion to a Pink Dolphins, etc)

Please kindly note that you should pay additionally:
- the electric bills (locally, apprx. 3000 THB per month, mostly depending how much time you use air conditioning);
- water delivery (locally, 350 THB upon each delivery, every 4-5 days).

Please keep everything clean and in a good conditions. Be kind to the things and to the people around.
Do not leave windows and doors opened anywhere for a long time as the mosquitos know their work well). Do not leave air conditioners ON while you are away.
