Very well kept villa

We only stayed a couple of nights at the end of our holiday in Koh Samui. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great. We were looked after very well by Tak.

Transfair vom Flughafen hat wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist wunderschön haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würden auch noch mal buchen.

10 jours de rêve à la villa Baan batur

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans la villa et nous avons adoré nos vacances. La villa est magnifique conforme aux photos avec un jardin magnifique et une piscine splendide. Nous en avons profité plusieurs fois par jour. L’entretien de la piscine et du jardin est effectué quotidiennement pour vous permettre d.en profitez un maximum. Accueil à l’aeroport par un chauffeur privé puis à. Villa par Tak qui passe chaque jour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Mille merci à Tak pour avoir organiser nos excursions et avoir répondu à chacune de nos requêtes. Nous saluons son professionnalisme. Mention spéciale à la femme de ménage qui vient tous les 3 jours et nettoyais efficacement la villa. Allant jusqu’à plier le linge laissé à l’abandon ça et là par mon adolescent. Nous avions loué scooter et voiture pour circuler dans l’ile et aller à la’ plage. La villa est très bien située à proximité de Chaweng et pas loin de Fisherman village où nous allions régulièrement le soir. Bien que mon anglais soit approximatif, Helen a toujours répondu à mes nombreuses questions avec réactivité. Je recommande vivement cette villa. Nous étions venus 4 ans auparavant sur Koh Samui mais nous avions séjourné dans un hôtel . Grâce à l’experience Baan Batur, nous avons préféré de loin la location d’une villa. Nous étions comme à la maison. Merci à Helen et toute son équipe pour ces beaux souvenirs de vacances qui resteront gravés dans la mémoire de toute la famille. Juste un bémol sur le manque de climatisation dans le salon et cuisine où l’an temperature était de 34 degré. Difficile de regarder la télé ou préparer les repas.

We stayed for 5 days, perfect location in Koh Samui. Dak was so helpful. We went to Phuket afterwards and we all said we would have preferred to stay longer in the villa

Maison charmante et très fonctionnelle

Être à chaweng sans y être vraiment voilà l’intérêt. Le centre de chaweng est très proche mais ce petit bourg n’a aucun touriste. Je conseille le centre de boxe au bout de l’allée. Enseignement avec locaux uniquement

A paradise in Ko Samui

I spend 12 nights in the villa; that was just amazing. it's like a little paradise. it's a very quiet , a very peacefull place; and just 5 minutes by motorbike from Chaweng. Tak, the house cleaner is very friendly and helpfull. if you have any question about the villa or the island, she has the answer. I recomand that villa for everyone. just a little thing (not very important); we have books about "things to do in Ko samui", but a map of the island would be nice too. Thanks again PS : if someday i comeback in Ko Samui, that would be your Villa Helen and Tim

Memorable Stay

From the moment we arrived we loved Baan Batur. Helen answered every question and offered her assistance whenever called upon. Tak (Manager) was always available and checking everything was ok. The Villa is as the pictures show and the private pool is a pure delight. Highly recommend if you are looking to relax. Thankyou all for a memorable stay. Bernadette and Family

Fantastic Baan Batur

The house Baan Batur is complete and the service from Mrs Tak was very good. The owners have made a beautifull spot in Koh Samui. The pool very good and the garden was nice. We stayed for 13 nights and we can recoment this house.

Perfect Stay

Fantastic stay in a great villa.Perfect location near to everything we wanted. Great pool brilliant. On call service by the owner the rooms clean regularly. Great living area with good tv system. would recommend to anyone wanting the perfect place to stay on Koh Samui.

Fab. !

What a wonderful villa to spend our holiday in. The pool was super, right outside our room so we could just plunge in. The living room/kitchen were of a very high standard a lovely design. The shower was great and used greatly as it was so hot there. Linen was changed every three days - rather more than I do at home. Helen and Tim were always ready to give advice on anything Thai. We loved being there and shared it with our son and his family which worked out really well as the kids rooms were separate which gave then peace and quite at bedtime. I am sure we will come again.

Amazing villa

Super time had by us all in Koh Samui. If you are looking for a good villa managed by a pleasant and thoroughly professional person then look no further. Ban Batur was absolutely spot on and Helen made sure our stay was problem free.
